  • May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields and,
    Until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
Recorded April 2, 2012 by the Dublin Silver Band at Dublin (OH) Scioto High School, during The Sounds of Dublin.

Great sound. I used to love playing the Baritone part in this piece. The sort of piece that can make you cry whilst playing it and feeling the emotions building and building. Well done

Great stuff. Very moving and powerful with that wall of sound. And a great piano to follow.

Our Band hopes to emulate this performance at the NSW State Band Championships this month. What memory! (Our band is much younger.)

It was such a moving arrangement! Thank you so much! We used to sing Irish Blessing at my high school graduation (I was a bass), and it's one of my favorite songs now.

@@thomasl863 it certainly is. It’s my brass band transcription, beautiful setting. A real privilege to transcribe it for brass band. :)
