Hi sir we are belong private engineering college I want to know the information regarding payment of remuneration of private online and offline examination which is conducted in the college weather the payment cleared from third party such as TCS ion digital examination if it is cleared from third party due were cleared to invigilators Or not fid I have right to ask about can i use RTI act please suggest me if not how can i approach this issue please help me.
