I'm so terribly sorry for your loss. My father told me me before he passed, "It really hard getting old, It's not for the weak". I truly didn't quite grasp what he ment, Then several years later my mother passed and I was in her hospital room holding her hand when it happened. That hurt so bad, But as time goes by I find that I don't remember the hard times but the good times we had, it makes it easier. You will think of them everyday when a song comes on or a thought pops into your head and you will cry but as times passes you will cry less and smile more. It's ok to mourn.
