I may not agree with this theory (mostly because I'm in denial about Gregory betraying Cassie), but you did bring out some good points! Especially the one where the mimic put up walls so that Cassie not only is required to breach the nodes, but so that she's also in the ar world longer. The longer you stay in the vr/ar world, the more Glitchtrap has the ability to take control of you.
I'm glad you liked it! I had a lot of theory ideas that didn't make it into the video, and one was that glitchtrap took over Gregory in that ending scene in ruin. Another idea would've been that some of the falls Cassie takes aren't real either. If Cassie thought there was no way back and the only way out was forward, that too gives her another reason to deactivate the nodes. I wish I had given myself more time with this video cause I feel like there was a lot of untapped potential
I say yes we can trust Cassie because she really was being manipulated, and she actually felt bad for the animatronics, and tried to help them where's as Gregory just destroyed them, and was also very rude to so many people.

Once she has her right body back, she goes to get rid of gregory before he can escape. This also lines up with the candy cadet story.

Hey man you should really start specifying that this your your personal theory not fact. There are very little facts to do with FNAF, even names like "Henry Emily" aren't exactly fact/Canon. If remnant could regrow people and bring them back to life all the murdered kids would have new bodies by this point in the timeline (at least 20+ years later) and they have not so that cannot ever be true. If anything it keeps organs going, like with springtrap, but we have never seen organs grown back.

I dont think its the Mimic that puts up the walls because why would the Mimic put up walls to make Cassie wear the mask when Cassie needs to wear the mask to deactivate the nodes anyway? I think its M.X.E.S because M.X.E.S is programmed to keep the Mimic locked inside the building

I just started watching this vidieo, but It maskes sence. see mast pat just said his vison is influenced he is a robot, however this gets debunked by the sound ilusoin discks. instead gregory is a humen but gets inflenced by vanny, he can still controll his actions normally but he sees things differently. okey now I did watch the video and it at least is a better theory than matpats gregory is a robot.

I mean, you're not wrong. It is a soulless AI that is only "evil" because it learned from presumably Williams actions in Help Wanted 1. But it was designed to play off of the fear that real life AI plays in our current world and what's to come in our future and I think Steel Wool is doing a great job with it

If we’re going off this theory, Gregory’s not evil. It seems like he’s being manipulated by Glitchtrap, but his actions ARE of his own freewill, just influenced in a way. I don’t think he’s really ever been evil if you believe Glitchtrap is capable of actually CONTROLLING controlling people
