I grew up in Winchester, Connecticut. I'd love to visit the original.

That’s awesome! Growing up in Winchester, Connecticut, must make you even more curious to visit the original in the UK. It’s such a beautiful, historic city with so much to explore-you’d definitely love it! Hope you get the chance to visit someday and compare the two. 😊 Thanks for watching!

Veliko Turnovo is such a beautiful place, we’ve been a few times. If you’re ever in Burgas, we’d love to meet up, swap stories, and maybe even grab a coffee or two! Safe travels, and we hope you enjoy the future videos just as much! 😊

Thanks again! 😊 Yep, we’re definitely having a blast with retirement, traveling, and making these videos. It’s been such a fun hobby, and we love sharing it with everyone. Reading the comments is always entertaining, especially when we get some like @mgtow1562-who clearly has some strong feelings about Italy, but hey, at least we know what drinks he prefers! 😂 We appreciate your comments, and we’ll keep the good times rolling!

Looks beautiful! My mother lived in Winthrop Massachusetts, USA and when I saw the picture, I couldn’t place the spot. 😂

A free house means the pub is not tied to any one brewery so they can stick and serve what beers they like. Unfortunately the beer itself isn’t free. Glad you enjoyed your brief stop in the uk. I am loving your videos and your adventures

Haha, oh well, no free beer, but at least they get to serve what they like! 🍻 We had a great time in the UK, brief but sweet, and thanks for the little pub lesson! Glad you're enjoying the videos and tagging along on our adventures-cheers to more stops and maybe one day, some free beer! 😄

I'm so glad you had a lovely day in Winchester! It's a beautiful city - I'm constantly amazed by the craftsmanship of our Cathedrals - they are just mind blowing when you think how old they are and how many man hours and how much talent was needed to carve such intricate designs in stone. How on earth did they architect it, quantity survey it, actually build it without powered lifting etc?!
I look forward to seeing what you think of Bruges - thanks for the share!

Thanks for the lovely comment! Winchester really is something special, and those cathedrals never fail to blow our minds too-when you think of how they built those massive structures without any modern tech, it’s just incredible! As for Bruges, we actually ended up going to Ghent instead! That video is almost finished, but being back home, we’ve had a lot to catch up on, so editing has been a bit slow. But don’t worry, more videos are coming soon! Thanks for sticking with us! 😊

@@bztravel It's great to hear from you - I'm sure being at home now you've got a lot of catching up to do in every part of your lives, so I really appreciate you took the time to reply to my comment :) Ghent looked awesome!

What was your least favorite country on your trip? I love this series-keep it up! You guys are awesome :)

Thanks so much for following the series! We definitely try to embrace the unique things each place has to offer. But yeah, if we had to pick one, Dakar, Senegal, stood out for the wrong reasons. The moment we got off the shuttle, we were swarmed by vendors and hustlers, and it got way too intense, too fast. We didn’t feel safe or comfortable, so we turned back around pretty quickly. It’s the only place where we couldn’t enjoy exploring, and honestly, we wouldn’t rush back there. Everywhere else had something special, though!

Another great video. Picture is very jerky. I tried different setting but the problem persists. May be the filming format. Thanks

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, we did a lot more walking and filming in this one, and while the gimbal helps with side-to-side movement, it doesn’t do much for the up-and-down bounce from walking. Looks like we need to master the “moonwalk” next time to keep it smoother! 😂 We appreciate you sticking with us and for the helpful input-definitely something we’ll work on in future videos!
