Enhanced security across the nation; Intensified farming and food production; local refining of crude oil; and accountable production and management of mineral resources; cost-effective transparent governance are the recommended solutions to the Nigerian economy.

For all of you who are commenting about my post, I want to repeat that Tinubu will end up the best President in Nigeria history.Look at his 9 months presidency and compare to any Nigeria leaders since 1960,then you will agree with me that Tinubu presidency has been consequential to Nigeria never seen before in Nigeria history,Naira started float in 1996, we never experienced a situation when naira lost value against dollar and revalue again only in Tinubu era, from 2000 naira to dollar just three months ago and now 1150 to a dollar.Kudos Mr President.Eight years a must.

There was an acting governor after Emefiele was kicked out, and Yemi Cardoso came in later to meet tye challanges on ground. As an economist, we understand that the free hand of market forces of demand & supply will always eventually take dominance. So whatever magic that saw this sudden appreciation of Nigeria's currency is impossible to be sustained in the long term and long run. In fact the boomerang effect is so so dangerous and catastrophic.

  • @akrikaakrika1474

Why do Nigerians continue to mispronounce the word fiscal. It's completely different from physical.
Anyway, the so called appreciation of Naira is not sustainable. The only sustainable measure that would keep Naira stable is productivity in Nigeria. Absent that, we will be seeing this type of temporary knee jerk reactions. It's simple economics, not rocket science.
