Most NLC battles should be focused at the state level. Some states have not paid the minimum wage of 30,000 since 2019. But they are fighting Tinubu. Tinubu will only pay federal workers, and the number of federal workers is small compared to states and local governments....

It is NATURE that is distributing citizens to various classes, not man. Managers should be given money to manage, not servants. Only food and work to the servants to eat and do,not money. If you cannot train a hen to fly like an eagle, you cannot also give servants money to manage
Food for servants is not fattening food but energy giving only just to keep the soul and body together. Servants made kings will destroy the city and nobody will remain there because he has no management sense. Servant is servant and should be restricted to the level of servitude. If you empower servants with money and other resources, they will use the power against you. The more money you give to the servants, the less work you should expect from them because the more time they need to make their loads heavy, their lives complex, over - pamper their children and waste the rest of of the money in the ways of religion especially elaborate ceremonies and festivities. But if they are restricted to light food and work only, their loads will be very light, their lives very simple and modest and they will have enough time for your work without ability to resist you. If servants can be very useful, modest, selfless, faithful and obedient at their places of work, nobody in any other class is greater than them before GOD for they hold their own God - given forth firmly and happily and their rewards will be bountiful both on earth and in heaven. I personally describe Nigerian government as able, amiable, innocent, expert and indefatigable despite inherited insolvency and economic recession and they should be strongly supported in love without any resistance, sabotage, discouragement and distractions. Whatever is done in love and happiness is always well done because the sense and energy used in doing it is unfailing and infinite from God. Opinions vary from man to man and only one must be used at a time. Ten kings, ten different times. Please, let all other citizens drop their own different opinions and imbibe the opinion of those in government only in the interest of all the citizens and the development of the nation, Nigeria. Wishing all blissful long life of prosperity in peace and happiness.

Labour should not accept anything less than 200 dollars.lf government can spend 90bn subsidizing hajj and keep buying foreign SUV convoys like a pair of trousers they should be able to pay workers a living wage.

A state like Anambra state is still paying N25,000 monthly in 2024. It could not afford to pay the N30,000 agreed in 2019. Imagine how much it is owing workers since 2019 that has not been paid. Also, the state has not paid past pensions for many years. Add the new N60,000 wage to it....confused people everywhere

Most people dont understand that the new minimum wage is not about federal government. it is about state's ability to pay the new wage. Some states like Anambra have not paid the old minimum wage of 30,000. It only pays N25,000. How will the state pay 60,000?

Some states have not paid the minimum wage of 30,000 agreed in 2019. Instead of NLC to identify those states, they are fighting federal government. States that could not pay N30,000 have not paid pension for many years, how will they pay the new monthly wage of N60,000?
