Oh wow! The colour is spectacular! This must be an amazing cocktail. Thank you so much for this one!
It's a classic, and agree, totally love the color. Thank you! :)
Lovin this cocktail
Thanks Cocktail Tony! :)
I had this drink by accident about 15 years ago…went to a pool hall bar with some friends. My homie knew the bartender, he asked for “6 Blue Hawaiians” bartender didn’t hear & served us Blue Hawaii by accident. Best mistake ever. I prefer this over Blue Hawaiians & Blue Motorcycles
Yeah, a lot of people tend to mix up the two, or not even realize they're different. Took me awhile also! lol. I'd say I prefer the Blue Hawaii also, as the cream of coconut just makes the Blue Hawaiian "heavier" and not as refreshing, in my humble opinion. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Looks great Jeff. Your audio is on point! That cherry is a fat one for sure! LOL. Nice job and easy to make. Happy Easter Jeff. Mahalo!
Happy Easter Ann. Have a tiki drink (or three!) :)

Love the music playing with the recipe.
What’s the difference between the blue Hawaiian and the blue Hawaii drinks?
Hey Steve, thanks for watching! The Blue Hawaiian is typically made with rum, and also includes cream of coconut for a richer, sweeter drink. The Blue Hawaii is made with vodka, and is more fruit juice and citrus based.
Here is a link to the Blue Hawaiian if you'd like to check out the recipe!

Only change I like doing for this one is only use rum.
Do you have a "go to" type of rum, or brand?
@@TikiDrinksatHome no just a mood thing.
If it only has rum, isn’t a blue Hawaiian then?
@@steveb8955 don’t care 🤷♀️ t damn tastier.
Made one last night. I did not like it. The vodka was completely out of place. Sorry.
Appreciate the feedback! I try to offer a variety of drinks. Though, you'll notice I don't have much in the way of vodka-based cocktails on the channel... 🙂
@@TikiDrinksatHome : Thanks for the response. I like vodka and vodka cocktails but for me it does not work in this. It's like... "Why is this flavor in a Tiki drink?" I just now finished the same drink but with just Plantation 3 Stars and it was far superior... for me.
Believe it or not, the Blue Hawaii is a standard cocktail out there (www.liquor.com/recipes/blue-hawaii/), and it always uses vodka. Agree though.... I'm not a fan of vodka in tiki drinks. Many of us consider vodka a worthless spirit cause it never really adds much to a cocktail!
Maybe try the Blue Hawaiian next... that one uses rum! :-)
@@TikiDrinksatHome : We agree on vodka in tiki now but I like a Martini, Cosmo, Lemonade & Vodka (I make the lemonade in the glass with seltzer)
From what I see the Blue Hawaiian is a Piña Colada with blue curaçao which is fine I guess. I add just a touch of lime juice, orgeat, and saline to mine and we like it.
@@lrvogt1257 pretty much only thing we use vodka for is lemonade and vodkas, and bloody Marys. The rest is for my bro-in-law when he comes over. Lol
