These simple homemade dog treats are easy to cook, contain no additives or preservatives and, best of all, are so delicious that your dog will do anything to get this tasty reward!
    Supplies needed:
    - 1 cup wholemeal flour
    - 2 eggs
    - 300g fish (tuna/salmon in water) - 10.5oz
    - 20-50g grated cheese (1-1.5oz) - optional as higher treat value but also higher calorie content
Be sure not to overdo things, as excessive treats can result in obesity which has a huge impact on a dog's health and happiness.

Every Christmas, I make a batch of these treats for my mum's 3 dogs. We call them Stinky Biscuits (they're that high-reward!). We keep them in the freezer for weeks. Yours is the best recipe I've found, the consistency is brilliant. Thank you so much for this recipe, it has given my family (and dogs) much joy!

Making these now! Will edit this comment to reflect if my little Poodle ends up liking these (he's a picky lil bastard). Was definitely fun to prepare!
EDIT: He ate these for several days straight. Enough to make a second batch recently after enough time passed. My dog's a real picky lil shit so the fact he ate these for longer than a day is already a huge compliment. Go ahead and make these for your pups, folks!

I don’t understand using flour or cheese, why do dog treats, always contain things like wheat and corn etc things that a dog would never eat naturally… (not to mention high fructose corn syrup) it seems like their treats should basically consist only of meat proteins and maybe some vegetables?
This looks a lot healthier than commercial dog treats, but I don’t understand that flour or even coconut flour

My dog only has one kidney and has a heart murmur so has been moved onto renal food. He also has behaviour problems so I need to distract him with activities toys but need to find a treat with minimal protein. Any suggestions please?
