Thanks for posting this! I added this set to my Amazon shopping list last week so it was awesome to watch you review it, Caleb. They are reminiscent of Reaper’s villagers, the Rusty Dragon Inn crew from Pathfinder you’ve previously reviewed, and the awesome terrain from Mantic but in a good way. My players are taking a break from our home-brew world and playing through the original “Temple of Elemental Evil” after my wife and I come back from vacay. These guys look like a great fit for the Village of Homlett, Nulb, many different places in Greyhawk. We have played “Tomb of Horrors” and “White Plume Mountain” in Greyhawk as well; no adventuring in You should consider doing a video about your favorite campaign setting and module from that setting, Caleb. I know other people have made similar clips but we would love to hear your take on old school AD&D!
I just discovered a video on Dr. Faust's Painting Clinic on Painting Pegasus Hobbies Farm Animals. Have you thought about reviewing them or the Wizkids 4d setting Medieval Farm that is being released soon?
This video will not play on my nexus player, so I finally played it on my phone. As for the set, I hope they start doing fantasy NPCs. Like a dwarf blacksmith.
I am not sure where you are at but in NA there are many options under google shopping. Game Nerdz has it for $44.97. Around that price is a decent starting point. This looks cool, and I always need "normal people" minis...But you could easily craft that forge yourself, yeah? And the minis seem more action oriented than I would want for town NPCs. I would want to pay $15-20 for 8 minis and a few tchotchkes. And I would want tavern keepers and farmers, not brigands and executioners. It looks cool, but probably not for me.

There's a Warlock set Called Townfolks and Guardsmen that have the same stuff, but its all stuff that's been painted.

Kinda disappoint that the forge is a white light. But what ever, all it needs is a was or something

I actually found one for a decent price on ebay. Bought and I will review it when it gets here.

i got my townspeople from Turnkey miniatures. Metal. Cheap. Are way better than the display paint jobs. BUY SOME AND REVIEW THEM BLANDCO!
just buy some Agricola mini's way better, and check out Iron Gate scenery for the terrain.
