I really love the way you stress on the " Union with Self" part. I think this is why we are on a twin flame journey. So far of what I've understood is that we need to reach a stage where we are at peace with ourselves. Once we are at Union with the Self, the mirror( twin flame) follows.
Thank you so much. I have just moved into surrender recently and it is starting to feel better. The cycles of pain are not as bad anymore. I am still friendly with my TF but I don't get as obsessed anymore. I feel like I want the univese to have it's way. I have been fighting it too long. I have done much energy work and feel so different. I have tools now to transmute the heavey, more dense energies. The teachers came to me during the dark night and helped. Now you have shown me the surrender stage which I had seen before but never thought I could do. I feel blissful to some extent.
This was very helpful and reassuring regarding this journey. Part of me has been feeling self critical about how I'm still purging some of those denser 3D energies and I keep experiencing mini dark night of the soul during the separation period. But after hearing this explanation and seeing how the overall goal is not union with your TF but union with yourself which will create peace, harmony and faith with your path and your union regardless of how it looks like in the physical is such a relief. Just knowing that inner balance is coming into my life eventually and all I have to keep doing is processing and releasing what no longer serves me has given me greater hope in my ability to overcome all these dense emotions coming from this lifetime and past lifetimes.
I'm so glad I came upon your channel through (not surprisingly) my TF who sent here. I had been so focused on the physical union and on my TF that at times, I forget about my own self-love because of all the love I feel for him. But Spirit is telling me constantly to focus on myself and everything in the physical will work itself out. I'm so looking forward to reaching inner union and being more stable in 4D energies and being able to channel my higher self more frequently. I can't wait until that happens which I feel like will be very soon 💚

Hello:) Thank you for sharing this concept of union with self in the TF Spiritual Journey. I am finding that my journey has been like this however I experience it now not in a linear sense but rather as being in relationship to myself/my twin in all 3 dimensional “stages” (spaces) of consciousness at once. In my surrender to the universe, the divine light frequency vibration of unconditional love, I am always going to be physically in the 3D, with the 4th dimensional space portal being the only way through to my higher selves 5th dimensional consciousness. If I am still in the flesh, there is no way for me to not be in resistance to 3D reality & 4th dimensional duality reality because it is what gives me the opportunity to learn how to choose unconditional love each time. Just like union with my twin in the physical isn’t a destination, but rather a journey, so is my inner union with self🔥💜🔥

I was eagerly waiting for your second video, thanks for once again leading us in the right direction. Agree to the point that most of the content/ reference material available on net talks about union with the twin when the fact is that our twin is a trigger to lead us to an inward journey. All these years; I kept fooling myself by believing that I am practising self love until I met my twin (I believe it to be a twin). It has been a painful journey so far but with a realisation that it’s for my highest good. Yes, I do face highs and lows and I feel that my energy is being completely drained out in the process of realisation and preparation. I am still trying to figure out all that’s happening with me as I have never felt this intensity in a relationship before and my life has turned around since I met my twin. My thought process has changed, I am more aware and as you rightly said; in random order; I have experienced phases like bubble, separation, runner chaser (using these nomenclatures for the sake of ease).. it isn’t easy; it’s painful and having a guide like you helps to navigate through the journey in the right sense of it. I just took a university class on childhood development psychology, and your video reminded me of it. In the early years of that field of research, the researchers also broke development into clearly defined chronological stages. But now there are so many other theories, and we know that development does not happen in the same stages at the same time for all people. I think most of our current society is not ready to take the topics of twin flames and spiritual awakening seriously as topics of research. But for those of us who are exploring these topics, it seems a similar progression in our understanding is happening. The first "researchers" broke things into clear stages, and now we are collectively realizing these stages are too rigid and miss the mark in a lot of ways. Thank you for the video. I really appreciate your perspective!
Oh! Thank you for sharing this perspective - as reading it I just realized that what phenomena (of non-linearity ) we experience in twin flame (stages) - could apply to other processes too - like you said child development. And yes thats so true - that looking at things in chronological order is a rigid approach.
When it comes to spiritual path - I guess we are still clearing the drainage. It will take time to reach to the stage of foundation! 😃

Hey Pradnyaa!! Amazing to see you share your insights here as well. Feb 2018 to now, your content on quora has helped a lot many of us when we really felt like not a single soul understands what we're going through. And you also offered your authentic views in your answers, not reiterating what some of the so called "already in union tfs" were saying.
My dream states are very heightened, I am mostly lucid dreaming, sometimes even feels like parallel realities/lives. However I don't feel the need to have it validated coz inner union is more than anything I could have ever asked for. Also, higher dimensions feel like I release negativity and resentment much swifter, they feel so dissonant with my soul vibration.

@@AwakenwithPradnyaa the thing about being guided is something I didnt feel then but I am feeling more and more now. Idk if this is what our mission work is supposed to be or not but being here, now, this is what I am feeling urged to.
Our relationship with ourselves as an independent human being was never that good. Since 1990s, it became much worse. First, they made us ashamed of ourselves by the body weight and fat shaming, thought then the percentage of overweight people was less, we were already sensitized. We became defensive. Then with online communication, with the security of a screen, the disconnect grew. Currently in the world, everywhere I see this heroism and stuff failing badly. We had idolized some ppl whom we didn't really know, they were on a brainwashing/narrative pushing agenda.
Work is another huge thing that has become hugely distorted. The happiness that was a byproduct of just doing what had meaning for us, now the salary is supposed to be the source of that happiness. In a space of 3 decades we've become much unhappier and disconnected with our selves.
Our relationship with ourselves is the single biggest determinant our the quality of our lives in terms of meaningful and fulfilled. Now looking back I feel lucky tf dynamic gave me a crash course to here.

Do you chance roles..i mean i was allways chaser..then i pulled back and he began chasing me bigtime and pushing..i felt suffocated and i put us in separation because i need time to do more innerwork
Our longest no contact separation was only 4weeks and i need more time than that to work on myself without him contacting me
And can you be in very different vibrations
Last time i saw him i was in a good vibration..pretty high but he was in such a low vibration and was afraid to look in my eyes

A couple of months ago I had a unique experience in my sleep, it was a feeling. I felt love, huge love, bliss!💖 When I woke up I remembered that I had asked God to come in my dreams..It hasn't happened again since then. Is this a sign of operating from a higher frequency?
When we sleep, we are also visiting different astral planes and dimensions. We do not remember what we do as souls in those dimensions as it is all happening on the subconscious level. Your exp indicates that probably You are remembering some portion of it when you visited such dimensions

I understand that twin flame partner is here to wake us up, and I woke up and healed so many things, but that doesn’t mean I want to do that to reunite with him. I don’t think we are ever gonna be together again. And I thank him for what I have become but , is it really “destined” for us to be together ? I don’t think so...

Is it possible that I was the only one who felt that he is my twin flame from the first moment I met him, and I am going through all of these stages, while not being in a relationship with him... and that he is completely clueless, he isn't going through the same stages, he is even in a relationship with another girl. Could it be, that he is completely unaffected by his meeting with me?
I ask this because he and I are not close with each-other, we actually met through a mutual friend, and I can count on one hand all the times we've seen each other ever since I recognized that he was my twin flame. This is where my self-doubt also kicks in, as it seems so irrational to feel what I'm feeling for a person I haven't spent more than 4 hours with. But I do, and I know that he is it.

Its very common to feel one sided!
Only one twin flame goes through these stages consciously. Not both of them. Twin flames play roles here. The one who is awakened, is called a spiritual twin, who carries the consciousness of the union. Another is a matrix twin who lives a normal life. They are clueless about this journey for a long time.
Twin flames are hardly in a conventional relationship with each other and may not even know each other well..so that too is okay

There is nothing I want more than that.
I have had very intense feelings for this man, for the whole year that I've known him, a year in which he has also been in another relationship. Somehow I always sensed that we would and should come together. But I've doubted myself so much for persisting on this, and also called myself crazy for having these irrational feelings.
Is Twin Flame as same as 'Limerence' state of mind?
No. A limerence can not awaken you spiritually and activate your kundalini.
Limerence is completely different not even remotely related to twin flame connection.

Ascension happens very slowly on its own. Just like your hair grows and you wont realize it on daily basis. Meditation is no needed for ascension.
