Leroy is the best NPC, I love how his hammer looks like a mace that's been used so much it flattened some of the spikes, his shield is the design contest winner, his mail is definitely just all the medals he's won from rescuing fair maidens. If I remember correctly his name is a reference to Leroy Jenkins and he's the only thing keeping the way of white from being a total joke. Certified badass.
I always wear his armor and use Grant. Every time I fight a boss I run in and scream LEEEEROOOOYYYY JENKINNNSSSS!! And it works. I always win. It’s like saying Lebron James every time you shoot a basketball.
Nice video. Cool to see someone who is obviously very skilled but also makes mistakes and sometimes tanks hits just to save time and not like, one of those guys with super human reflexes who never get hit. Almost makes me feel like I could do this. Almost.
Great video as always! On my last ng+7 playthrough I actually used grant as my main weapon too and it really grew on me. There's just something really satisfying about simply bonking every enemy you meet into oblivion with a giant holy hammer^^ Do you have any plans for doing an Oscar of Astora playthrough in the future? it's slightly more health/dmg for the enemies and bosses in every NG+ cycle, but you get stronger too and make less mistakes. apparently loking-on makes rolling a bit more delayed, i'd suggest to not rely on it
If you buy multiple copies they stack eg. if you buy 2 WOG you will have 2x3=6 uses. But only 1 spell copy is sold per game cycle. So you need to buy another one in NG+ and so on.

SL 399, as for rings i mainly use stamina ring and the typical havel/fap rings, you're very limited in DS1 actually
