How is signalling a program that you are likely to match into ? Is it still suggested to use one signal on that or use it on other programs you are less likely to match into to increase your chance.

Hello Dr Gutwein. What is your suggestion to IMGs who has multiple LOR is still processing by September 29th? Shoud I apply and assign LOR as they come? If so is there any risk of being filtered out when there's not enough LOR in your CV by the program?

Would you consider emails from potential applicants for next year if they email you in May . I am currently doing fellowship in psychiatry and gave residency in uk. None of the program directors are emailing back to me when I email them regarding interest in applying for entering residency in 2024. Kindly advise
