Wow. I’ve had this for a few months and didn’t know I need to put cleanser on with the green light! Does any cleanser work? I have a cleansing oil and the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Face Wash.
I’m mostly loving mine but on my first try, when I got to the red light , it just zapped me hard on my forehead..painfully😅. I tried putting more lotion on but it just wouldn’t do it. Fine all over my face and neck, just my forehead got zapped. Couldn’t use the red light there at all. Any ideas?
After the 1st light (green) do you wash the cleanser off with water when done using the light? Also do you wipe the device after each light? Or just when you are done with all 3 lights? Thank you so much for your video!!!
Yes, you wash the cleanser off your face with water, but do not put the tool under water. Use a wipe or wet cloth. Yes I like to wipe the tool after each setting light. Your welcome happy to help!!! 😊

So I can't say but in order to get the results you want it's important to stay consistent. I do find after using it that my skin does look firm and lifted.

I do. Unless you only like one specific mode and you just use whatever product for that mode. Like I've heard some people just do the red light. Again, I would say it depends on what you are trying to achieve. Hope that helps.

I find it does work. Consistency is key. After 3-6 months, you should start to see results.

I'm 😞 sorry to hear that. Try using face oil when using the red light.
I had pinpoint zaps here and there with the red light too.
Add more products like moisturizer and face oil. It sometimes happens to me.

My biggest question is, Is it best as a morning or night routine?
I've been using it mostly as a night routine due to using each mode for 3 mins. So I guess if you have time in the .mornings to do it, go for it.

It depends on what mode you want to use first.
Can we use it everyday ?? I am 43 so can it lift up droopy eyelids?
