I had a private ticket for the cinema at 8pm. Carpark at the rear was free after 7pm but was unlit with no cameras. I parked my motorbike in the lit front staff area which had cameras. I appealed the ticket on the grounds the carpark was free but unsecure so i parked at the front. They rejected the appeal. I then sent them an email saying i had the money to pay but i never would. I said if we went to court and i lost then i would still never pay them until eventually i spent a couple of days in prison and it would be settled. I suggested they roll up their parking ticket and pop it up their bum. They never replied
How can a county court make a judgement when they are just administrative business centres with no judge, no jury and no staff that are legally trained? The Bill of Rights Act makes this illegal surely
I have five experiences with this..have learnt the hard way and the easy way…you send it all back ..return to sender…thank you for the notice…( the Notice means hear is the notice for you to notice) yep..a notification ..to contract!!!!!!!!?…. I do not have a contract and do not wish to contract or make joinder…and any subsequence mail like those 3 rd party interlopers!!!?? You do the same..and add …you do not do business or contract with 3 rd party interlopers…Do not get tied up and exaust yourself or stress over any of it….all mail in these respects are automated !!!!..there is a procedure they have to follow no matter what you put in the envelopes ..but it takes about 6-8 months before all procedures have been sent out..and adventualy it will go away…if you get threatened with a ccj..or have one …Phone the company and quote THE BILL OF RIGHTS No fines , forfeitures to be implemented before conviction…these companies are breaking the law..and we have to stand up to this shit…Do not go to court…All magistrate courts are administration courts..these are illegal and unlawful…Halsburys law dictionary will tell you this which the courts actually use..most of them don’t even know the law..it’s all a game, set up..to dupe the public and keep us in control…despicable.!!!!..may you have peace 🙏🏻
Let me tell you something my friend 9 weeks ago 9 I was driving down a road There was a policeman parked up with his camera hanging with his camera hanging out of the window Catching people for speeding Guess what I did I got out and took a photo of him with a Flash It wasn't a copper it was just an ordinary Ordinary man inside that police Van I told him it's against a law to be in a police Van Depending that you are copper I took another photo of him He backed off in either way He soon disappeared in that little Van
You forgot to mention with the council parking ticket the council issue the court order not the courts. And you will never have the opportunity to defend it in court.
I have around 8 of these penalty parking charges issued by the council over a span of around 6 years. I have never paid a single one. I also never heard anything from anyone. I am from abroad and used to visit annually, I am not a UK resident. So for any tourists out there. Park your car wherever you please, the parking apps dont take foreign phonenumbers and plates anyways, so it's made extremely difficult for foreigners to even pay for parking fees in the first place, and since they dont come after you because you live abroad, this is by far the easiest solution. I have also never been stopped at the border for these open tickets since it's just a council thing.
I’ve had 2 tickets from different private companies.. both sent threatening letters for about a year. Totally ignored them. And 5 years later that’s the end of the story 😊

What if your appeal directly with UKPC was rejected by them and now you have just recieved a judgement from the courts? I was parked at a car pack to attend a new 24hour gym outside UKPC 0600-2200 terms but didn't know about this policy and didnt see their parking terms sign as it was covered by vegetation and not lit up (evidence already sent for all of this)
Hi Mark! if the appeal is rejected even if you had sufficient evidence, you can escalate the appeal to an independent appeals service such as POPLA for British Parking Association members, and the Independent Appeals Service for IPC Parking Community members. Don't pay, Don't even acknowledge it,,,,it like being in a police interview, your solicitor would always advise you to say no comment so apply the same with you parking charges, it's up to them to prove you guilt not you to prove you innocents also remember these are privatecompanies nit the actual police so they can'tmake you do anything they can'teven make you pay the charge, just remember if they take it to court it's a civil matter not a lawful matter the worst they can do is give you a CCJ & this only mattes if you have enough sellable assets, if you havr naff all there'sactual nothingthey can do about it! This only applies to parking charges a penalty fine is a legit fine & the best thing to do is appeal it or just pay it!
