Part 2 of my home office transformation! I am thrilled with how much decluttering and organizing I've been able to do in here. Watch the first part here: th-cam.com/video/nQ5KmHGuOM0/w-d-xo.html
Sometimes you just have to buckle down and get through these areas! It’s harder to do when you are also filming but you did great and it was also fun to hear the little interaction between you and your husband 😊
As someone who might tend to get pulled into those side projects when doing a room like this, I appreciated seeing how you managed those thoughts to be able to keep going. Like putting items into a basket to ask others, or designating a place for later fix it items.
Great video! Very realistic and has inspired me to declutter, organize, and clean my closet! Keep up the good work and I hope you and your family have a very merry holiday season!
After losing a bunch of precious sentimental digital photos back in 2004 ( yup that far back), I vowed to back up all photos. I now back up everything in three places on the cloud and on one hard drive. You never know when you will need a copy. When that earthquake hit us here in SLC in 2020, I was ready to bolt, knowing my photos would be safe. Hello from Taylorsville!
@reallifewithali it is beautiful. and the way you talk through the videos even though it's like just an office and it's kind of mundane but we all have to deal with that. One of the biggest takeaways from this video is that we need to manage our things. I've decluttered so many times I go into a closet thinking I have a big job and when I get there I realize I already decluttered most of it but still the remaining things have to be managed so good job! Your a sweetheart 😊💚❤️💚
I’m currently doing my office - why is it the last thing you want to do? 😂. I guess it’s the paper clutter and I need to also figure a good way to organize my photos I lost many years of photos recently due to a bad external hard drive where you assume it’s the safest place and obviously not - so I’m overwhelmed.😂
What?! A bunch of stuff was decluttered throughout this series. Ali would have chosen to get rid of more but it's her husband's office and he leans toward keeping things. Just in this video, they decluttered: - a stack of engagement photos; - a box of albums to be returned to his mother; - a large train set; - an Apple gift bag; - a random sock; - empty mail envelopes; - a small bookcase; - a small desk; - an old iMac computer; - a bin of items that were relocated to their proper homes throughout the house. Plus, she did some clearing of surfaces, dusting, and putting things away in an organized manner. I didn't find the video frustrating at all so maybe that's a you problem. 🤷♀

I'm getting anxiety watching this. 😂 We accumulate so much stuff. I've been there. Been simplifying my life these past few years...
It’s amazing how much stuff we can accumulate, isn’t it?

@@Marsha_B oh no! I’m so sorry about the photos. That’s terrible.
Where is the best place to dispose/recycle old printers, tv, computers, etc?
@@ErikaH331 my local dump has a place to recycle them, but I believe stores like Best Buy also recycle.
@reallifewithali Oh great thank you, my dump doesn't accept them so I will look into Best Buy 🙂
Office stuff is tedious to sort, organise, and declutter. It's a continual process.
@@rmf4 yes it is!
This video was frustrating. You’re just moving stuff around 🤷♀️
@@HandsomeHenley I’m sorry. Yes there was some moving things around, but I got rid of a bunch of stuff, too.
