Can't agree with Armagohma, hate spiders but loved that boss.
Twinrova was waaaaaaaay to easy, but maybe i'm a loner in that opinion.
Stallord:Best in Twilight princess. Good number one! strong choice!

Idk my top 5, so I'll just give my most favorites of each zelda game i play
Ocarina of Time: Phantom Ganon, Bongo Bongo
Majora's Mask: Goht, Twinmold (he's a huge boss, it's cool turning huge, and with the kokiri sword and 3 hearts, it's very hard)
Twilight Princess: Stallord, The boss of Sky City (i forgot what it's called)
