    First of all I like to thank you very much. I had ankle fracture last year. After recovering whenever I go for little fill a lot of pain inside my both ankle. It was getting worst gradually. On top of it my ankle got twisted 3-4 times. So I went to the doctor and he told I have developed flatfoot. He prescribed me some pain killer, ultrasound and toe movement exercise. That didn't help after more than 1 month. Whenever I go for long walk again I feel pain.
    I searched in TH-cam for flatfoot exercise. That helped a little. But on following these exercises in the same order within a week I an feeling lot of better. Thanks!!! again...I think the key is the consistency and the order of exercise.
