First what you do is you check the Zip file if its infested with anything malicious. *NEVER* trust anything you download from the internet and *ALWAYS* check the file(s) from viruses and malwares.

True! I use avast antivirus and it helps a lot.

Also, with a new install you don't get the launcher and that folder in AppData/Roaming

oh yeah, a lot of them are not maintained, however some of them are actually working. you might find more in: www.wakfu.com/fr/forum/514-themes-personnalises?sort=date_D
also, its weird because the launcher should be there always. or maybe you play from steam?
