It’s the other way round . It’s more expensive because of the availability to public transport. We had to pay £45,000 extra on top of the asking price to buy this house. Noise doesn’t come inside the house bcoz of double glazing windows

Hi kavitha, Since the water comes in underground pipes, it doesn't freeze, but if we go on vacation during winter, then we need to keep one tap dripping water in very small drops otherwise it will freeze if we dont use daily
