No offense but when script kiddies make videos on hacking :V these tools can do nothing if you are not skilled enough to use these tools on purpose. You can achieve most of this task from a windows also but for usability and easy stuff you can use any Linux to do such tasks.
A hacker is not defined by his OS, a good hacker can hack a person even using windows XP

Kali is not a hacking os, it's pentesting os. Hackers dont use os.

Hacker do use an OS. This is a Linux based OS designed for hacking and pen testing. I use it on a VM to screw with my neighbor who is a douchebag.
