They're not an actual group, they're trainees waiting to be selected to be in a group to be called TOO (Ten Oriented Orchestra) based on various criteria.
Sorta, they are going to be a permeant group though. Plus the show is done pretty different, the eliminations won't be till the final episode. Some of the missions they have done were recorded in LA and NYC. They are also promoting the trainees a bit differently since they allowed them to come to three Kcon's so far, and just today they were preforming at M Countdown (pre-recording). They have also done some outside events, like handing out Yam's a couple days before Halloween.
It's a survival show called world class where there are 20 trainees and they compete in different challenges in New York, la, and korea. I think there is also a rule where if you fail 3 challenges, you're out. The final group will be called Too and will include 10 members. The members get voted in by a committee of vlive watchers that watch the show, judges, and live show votes. I like it, there's a lot of interactions with the members and I don't think anyone has been eliminated so far so you get to know the trainees. A downside is that they don't save the episodes so you have to watch them 10:00 k.s.t and if you miss them you just have the clips.
