2:03 I've genuinely been tempted, many times, to trace or steal other people's art for this exact reason. I've been drawing digitally for like 5+ years now and I still suck at it, it's extremely demotivating and painful especially when people like Xender and Bli seem to do it so easily. Same with creating levels, I constantly get motivated to make something that's potentially Legendary or even Mythic worthy, but I'm just not even remotely good enough, if you could say I'm good at all. However, my morals are very strong and I don't think I'd be able to sleep at night if I got THIS popular over copying someone else's work. @ 1. a good chunk of it was pretty much copied one-for-one, not inspired. i said this in another comment under this video but there is a huge difference between the two, and while it's fine to still enjoy his levels, you can't deny that he intentionally mimicked existing assets. which, and i can't believe that i have to spell this out to people, is bad. 2. nobody is calling him a "fraud", because that'd mean it was done with explicitly bad intentions, and i don't think anyone actually thinks that way. to me it just looks like xender felt pressured into making something he couldn't, and thought plagiarism was the best option. we're criticizing the action here, not the person.
@noragmd Here's my two cents on this situation: Was he caught first, then he made the video and left? Or did he make the video and leave, and then people started looking into it? If he got caught first, then that means he's not likely apologizing for the plagiarism, and is apologizing for getting caught. if he made the video first, and then people started investigating, then I can better forgive that since nothing prompted it.
i find this video to be very surface level, in many examples xender's "stealing" was using reference images, which isn't the end of the world. he also never stole anything from other gd levels. i agree that you can't say the same about the more severe cases, but while this is a sad truth, you will find many popular creators doing a similar thing. why? to try and showcase improvement. obviously as people's understanding of art levels shifts and we realize that not all artists would consent to this, it clearly comes off as bad practice, and i personally despise it, but in this community it used to and still does happen to this day. of course, ideally, we should try and prevent or at least minimize any form of plagiarism, but in many cases the emotional factors pressuring creators to pump out better and better levels don't allow this to happen. saying that while you can somewhat empathize with these feelings but not use them as a stepping stone for forgiveness only shows me that there's still a disconnect between how you think creators "should" handle these situations and how they often actually can. now that xender has moved on to basing his levels off of his own drawings, the more mature thing to do would be to keep it in mind, but still move past it. removing merit from his works (especially white space, which according to xender/his friends only references 2 sources) feels ignorant to me. xender is far from an art thief, and making the claim that "if you know you're not good at making rate-worthy levels, just don't aim for a rated level" is just such a disgusting way of looking at it. the love for this medium was the drive motivating xender to create in the first place, and since the release of white space, you can definitely see this reflected in his most recent artwork (dating at least 3 years back, so the "6 years of plagiarism" talking point falls flat), all of which were original pieces drawn by him. i can't say that i'm much disappointed, since i'm not a fan of your videos, but i thought you knew better.
He did something wrong, that's clear, and it's something we can't ignore, but I think we have to forgive him because Xender Game's best quality was the way he was able to transmit emotions through his levels and it's something not many creators have. He also still have done something totally on his own like Ultra Violence which is really good and he said that in the past times he was trying working on his own. That's why I think we can forgive him even after what he did.
Yes and no, I am too tired to argue but all you have to know is that stealing art isn't right (I wouldn't want people to steal my music) but I do think that NothingIsScary dramatises everything out of proportion (my opinion) I think it's because he had a ton of respect for xender and really feels betrayed (just a theory)
I disagree with you on a lot of things in this game, but I completely agree with you on this one. Xender Game did a bad thing. It's that simple. There's obviously nuance in how we as a community should respond to situations like these, but "it's just inspiration" or "it was just because of the pressure" are both very lackluster responses when looking at the sheer scale of the plagiarism and fail to grasp the fact that he took art and tried to pass it off as his own. These people are either extremely ignorant of the actual definition of plagiarism, or, more likely, remember a creator that they really like and are struggle to reconcile with the fact that they've been enjoying (at least partially) unoriginal content. Mental health struggles are completely valid and I'm VERY familiar with them myself, but I don't confront insecurities about the quality of my art by stealing. Obviously I don't have the platform that Xender Game does, but that doesn't make what he did okay. Great video; thanks for sharing these completely valid concerns with a wider audience.
man its actually so tragic to see all of this xender game situation going on specially since when growing up his bossfight series were my favourite thing ever
Shit like this is why I left this game. I tolerated the community being filled to the brim with bad actors for many, many years. But after Hinds got outed as a pedo I cant bring myself to care about this game and its community. It's such a shame. Best of luck to the people who put up with it still.
This feels like the spaceuk situation (before we knew he hacked everything) with all these fanboys just forgiving him because they can’t bear to see the truth that what he did was wrong.
Honestly hot take, but I do not care about tracing in a gd level. It’s taking something into a different medium, so I see it as transforming it. Would I trace? Probably not, and Xender probably should’ve credited the original artist. But I don’t really care enough for it to matter. The only time plagiarism is bad is if you’re stealing off of other levels imo. (Or well steal the entire thing)
I don't agree that the problem came from the community's expectation of "the best level" since that can vary so much. i think having ambition is good and learning to balance that with what you're capable of is important. Using high expectations from others is a lazy excuse to take shit from people because it'll just come back to bite in the end. I don't think im a good creator, but it never once crossed my mind to steal to get ahead because I liked seeing what I could make on my own. Really i think the community has a popularity contest problem when everything is made to get someone else's attention rather than being made earnestly, but maybe I'm wrong
ngl, his art thievery isn't even that bad(compared to manix), manix did much more. he's definitely a talented creator. it's wrong, yes, but he could've apologized and removed the art. i think he just wanted an excuse to leave the community due to wanting to spend more time with family. feel free to debate!
4:37 "some of the levels" This is the WORST example he showed in his video, and the only example where I would say it could be considered plagiarism. This is all bullshit. Most of the stuff was either made by him or inspired by some reference art which is literally normal in any form of art !!! Like sure at best he could've credited the references (which absolutely nobody does since there's 0 reason to do so) and sure to make it a bit more respectful he could've credited the art that he took the most inspiration from like this clock background. This is the most bullshit drama i've ever seen istg. You're out there as always trying to destroy the reputation of a pretty honest community figure (for fucking once that we have an honest one bruh). I think you should chill down a bit, this really is nowhere close to be as bad as you make it up to be.
@@proxy_1212 it's everyone giving his own negative personal opinion that ends up ruining reputations, that is more toxic than the """""""stolen artwork""""""" showcased in this video

Everything here reminds me of TheDoubleAgent. Being a phenomenal artist, creating some of the best work within your community, and then being weighed down due to being a public figure and plagirizing a few things for your video. It makes me sad.
To me personally if it isn’t a one to one recreation it isn’t really stealing and a lot of those weren’t in Xender’s case (I personally forgive him). Anyway this just highlights a problem in the community of how much stolen art there is. There are featured and epic rated levels that are just full of stolen assets and some even Nintendo assets. Example: there was a level that was released in the first month of 2.2 that recreated the first level 1-1 in the first Mario game 1 to 1 nothing original there and this level was featured and on the feature page. I also hear a lot about a random ass featured level that have a bunch of stolen art 1 to 1. People do steal art in this community and it’s very common and probably a lot of popular creators have stolen art as well without us even knowing. I mean it’s very easy to do it and cover yourself up. Edit: To add to my comment Bussin is literally stolen assets back to back, legendary rated, in the gauntlets, receiving a 100$ and on top of that it’s just a better ver. of an already existing NCS entry that did the same thing just worse and got only featured and it was released before Bussin💀. Like if Rob doesn’t care why should I?
@@ZegiomioI don't think so, I think it's just people who disagree and I am one of them (I didn't dislike it though bc I still respect he's opinion and the video had a good point, just not enough for me)
The number of creators that do this will suprise you, while i do agree that tracing the art without crediting was bad other than dreamflower most of his levels have like one or two things copied and he hasnt done the copying since 2022, so im gonna forgive him, heck i didnt even know there was a heart thing in white space if he removed it you wouldnt be able to tell.
+the last steal he made was just heavy referenced stuff which I think is okay (for me) the last traced thing he made was in 2021 (the whitespace heart thing)
In Xender video he shows the stolen assets and the sections he used them in his levels and it's like at most 10 to 20 percent of the levels and now people act like he stole his entire levels.if he removes the stolen arts from his levels people don't even realize it because the quality in Xender levels is not because of the stolen assets it's because the way he makes levels it's because his talented at creating levels this is just so wrong to go like no his not good at art his better at art than most of the creators in gd.I personally don't justify him for stealing arts and assets and I know it's wrong but still this is the worst reaction I've ever seen cause in this video all you cared about was the stolen assets and apparently Xender levels are entirely made out of those. shards of siberia only had a 3 second tv in it that was stolen and you say It shouldn't be in a gauntlet like that transition is the reason level is so good looking it blows my mind how short sighted these opinions are.I said it and I say it again nobody would ever realize if Xender removes those stolen parts from his levels because those assets are not even the reason Xender got famous in gd community. AND I SAID IT I DONT AGREE WITH STEALING ASSETS but you can't act like this is the end of the world Xender is the big bad art stealer everything he done was stolen this is the worst take ever you guys should stop it cause it's beyond an opinion you're destroying an person whole career you can't be like it's my opinion you can't in this case you have to watch what you say cause you're changing people mindsets and perspectives. I'm still sorry for the way this comment looks like but this is just wrong he done bad things but we can't act like EVERYTHING he done was stolen you should've at least mentioned this once.
Yeah there's a lot of levels in which he didn't steal either very much or at all. White space has like one or two things stolen, and Ultra violence has none, Eschaton has the dual beam boss design copied which was one of my favorites so that's unfortunate. But yeah the bigger issue is how LONG he kept this info hidden, still nice that he confessed on his own accord rather than being called out initially.
1:57 he made a lot of he's artworks he said he wasn't good enough for a certain level of art but for example : white space has only two stollen assets (including the tv) in the sea of othe artworks Also, I know what he did was very bad but I forgive him not only because I empathize but also because he didn't just steal, he actually put effort and care in he's levels, yes stealing assets was a very bad shortcut for backgrounds but it was mostly on older levels and art for me isn't the full apeal of he's level, they have so much more than just good art, he didn't cheat on composition, he didn't cheat motion, he didn't cheat block design, plus, in the end, he still made most of it himself. Lastly,(personal point) he admitted all of it and feel regret and for me as long as you are sincere, it's okay, I know it's very simple and maybe too forgiving but I am human too and I made a ton of mistakes too as everybody and, yes the scope of he's mistake was maybe bigger but it's against my morals to blame someone who made mistakes and sincerely regrets them. (I know it's stupid but this is my personal opinion, opinions might be stupid x)) Edit: if it wasn't clear, I do respect your opinion I just don't agree with it (because sometimes it's hard to explain a point of view through text) Edit 2 : little detail the last competely copied asset he's got was in 2021 so he actually only cheated for 4 years ☝️🤓
honestly, from what i saw in his video, the supposed “stealing” itself really wasn’t that bad and for the most part, could simply be labeled as inspiration and reference images. And for the very few assets that were actually fully copied (which keep in mind, was rather minimal, considering White Space has quite literally a single copied asset and Ultra Violence is free of any copying), I do think it was wrong of him to avoid crediting original sources. But overall, I don’t think this is too big of a deal, especially compared to some other stuff that has happened in this community, his actions almost seem negligible.
One category of creators to add: Just the average joe trying to get a level rated at all... (not even featured mind you). The worst part is that most of these people are the ones being stolen from. My hope is that Xender will return once he's found his own original creativity back.
only reason i even think people care is because xender cares tbh. boogie by connot is pretty much entirely composed of traced art and i hardly see anyone take issue with that
I mean boogie is a different case where the level is intended to make a ton of references to other art (that’s the point lmao), and Connot isn’t trying to hide it and it’s extremely easy to find the source material.
@@smelloodle1070 still uncredited, if i stole art from a large artist that doesnt make it any less of stealing. theres also strong reason to believe he lied about bussin not using any traced art
to me, it feels like the only people who are saying this is just "taking inspiration" are the same people who have never touched the gd editor in their life. there is a HUGE difference between straight up mimicking previously made assets (intentionally, mind you), and simply taking inspiration. i know that the line between the two can be hard to discern at times, but i wish more people would act on logic in this situation instead of their affection towards the levels that xender has made.
I don't know what anyone here means with "good intentions" or "bad intentions" Unless you're literally a child, what intentions for INTENTIONAL PLAGIARISM are not BAD? Xender's entire career which made him considered one of the greatest names in this entire 12-year-old game was partly (and by partly I don't mean a small part) built off of plagiarism. Unless he becomes an honest creator for literal years and just an overall positive figure for the community for a while, I can't really forgive him. And that's not ever happening if he's just going to leave the community. It's kind of upsetting when the community reacts positively to news like this, I guess it's good that he apologized but people fail to understand that this is a big deal. Anyways, people can still like his levels, but promoting or praising them should be done as little as possible. I certainly can't help but still consider The Eschaton my top 2 or maybe even top 1 favorite level ever, even knowing all this, just can't help really liking it.
I think discrediting his entire discography is a bad move. He WAS still one of the best creators out there, Ultra Violence has 0 stolen assets and White Space has 2, and if those two were removed itd still be considered to be one of the best lvls in the game. I think we should recognize what he did was bad, but also recognize the fact that he still was one of the best.
I think its stupid; he took inspiration and made it better, and into geometry dash. His level are so good. Just say that the aet wasnt yours, if you keep other creators from getting their levels rated then thats another issue. But yeh
It's a shame he didn't decide to work with artists instead of just plagerising because he could have been really good. I think taking art and stuff but giving credit should be more normalised. There are many cases where it would have been fine to do that, but for whatever reason, people felt like they couldn't admit what they did.
Saying that you cant like his levels anymore is a bit over the top in my opinion, its so artificial dramatic and exaggerated. you can say it was wrong what he did and you can criticise it but his levels are still super good and also original despite there are copied assets in them. In my opinion the majority of his work and above all the overall effect of his levels are only that good because of his own work skill and talent he put into these great pieces.
(My English is a mess and idc )Xender needs nobody's forgiveness, not me, not you, and maybe not even the creator of the art he "Stole". Cuz if you can think of it for one picosecond, he did what 99 % of the creators do back then now and in the future. he shared with us HIS PART of creativity Mixed it and Create all he did. Does he know how much he contributed to the standards of this game, how many beginner creators he had inspired (including myself)? this man showed how far we can go in the creator mode, and I can't see his work as mere Plagiarism but a work of passion , WE build levels with passion in the first place, xender did the same, he was'nt paid for all those stuffs even he's "Fame" through all these years cant buy a rent bill. GD community it's time to wake up and stop toddlers drama. Xender Owes you nothing, nor those artists he "stole" from. This man cried...and made me cry as well. IT"S OKAY TO BE NORMAL xender it's okay... nobody have the right to blame you for it, you hurt nobody. for me you are still THAT one dude who gave me ambitions in GD
Maybe he didn't know that it's bad, but after KOCMOC controversy and the hate creators are getting is insane. I just doesn't want negativity and forgive him, but it'll be horrible if he plagiarise and wont put any credits even after the apologize
There's one thing that makes me unsure whether or not I should forgive him or not. Did he get caught and *then* post the video, or did he post the video first? If so, then the video feels more like a confession, and his integrity remains intact. if he got caught first, and then posted, then that means he's potentially pulling the classic 'I'm sorry that I got caught' trick, and I would not be able to forgive this. considering how new this all is, I'm not sure which happened. Ultimately, your stance of 'I can forgive him, but if he gets caught again then he's getting chased off' is probably the best idea if he didn't get caught and posted the video independently.
I don't really know much about it, but from what I'm aware of, he got caught tracing a background in one of his parts in Dream Flower (the circular window bg in the first part I think) and admitted to it a few years ago, but I guess the guilt got to him and admitted to everything without being caught prior. He said he has one more level he really wants to release before he quits, and I assume it won't have any stolen art, since that would be pretty dumb after making a whole video admitting to stealing art.
Xender did get called out for something in dream flower a few years back, and apologized for that and then nothing else. However THIS confession had nothing prompting it, it was likely due to guilt.
Regardless of if he took other peoples' art and slapped it down in the level as-is or added modifications & movements & effects and such, at the end of the day he stole art then didn't credit the original artist. It's clear-cut plagiarism, plain and simple. It was pretty shocking to see the scale of plagiarism that had happened and how he couldn't even find sources for the art he had stolen, so even post-exposal the artists that were stolen from still aren't getting any recognition. I'm kind of with you in the "I can empathize but not forgive" boat, & I do also think I'd be fine with seeing more Xender levels (if he chooses to stay in the community & continue making levels), provided he stops plagiarizing and never does it again.
This video is all wrong, he dindent steal anything, he got inspired by everything in his art and by everything he did. Its his mindset that makes him think he stoll. You can see how much he cares about what he has made, by the art and detail in his levels. He adds emotion to levels that makes them so unique, his levels come to life and Inspire me too. How can you forgive him if he did nothing wrong? He thinks that he did but he dindent. its the mindset that makes it he stole from other people but he dindent.
Xendergame stated he stole art because he couldnt keep up with his own/the communities standards, bringing Ultra Violence's gameplay into this makes no sense unless you have 100% proof. Ultra Violence doesnt even have any stolen assets so it makes even less sense to me. Again proof is really needed here.

i find this video to be very surface level, in many examples xender's "stealing" was using reference images, which isn't the end of the world. he also never stole anything from other gd levels. i agree that you can't say the same about the more severe cases, but while this is a sad truth, you will find many popular creators doing a similar thing. why? to try and showcase improvement. obviously as people's understanding of art levels shifts and we realize that not all artists would consent to this, it clearly comes off as bad practice, and i personally despise it, but in this community it used to and still does happen to this day. of course, ideally, we should try and prevent or at least minimize any form of plagiarism, but in many cases the emotional factors pressuring creators to pump out better and better levels don't allow this to happen. saying that while you can somewhat empathize with these feelings but not use them as a stepping stone for forgiveness only shows me that there's still a disconnect between how you think creators "should" handle these situations and how they often actually can. now that xender has moved on to basing his levels off of his own drawings, the more mature thing to do would be to keep it in mind, but still move past it. removing merit from his works (especially white space, which according to xender/his friends only references 2 sources) feels ignorant to me. xender is far from an art thief, and making the claim that "if you know you're not good at making rate-worthy levels, just don't aim for a rated level" is just such a disgusting way of looking at it. the love for this medium was the drive motivating xender to create in the first place, and since the release of white space, you can definitely see this reflected in his most recent artwork (dating at least 3 years back, so the "6 years of plagiarism" talking point falls flat), all of which were original pieces drawn by him. i can't say that i'm much disappointed, since i'm not a fan of your videos, but i thought you knew better.
The xender crane game situation is crazy
He did something wrong, that's clear, and it's something we can't ignore, but I think we have to forgive him because Xender Game's best quality was the way he was able to transmit emotions through his levels and it's something not many creators have. He also still have done something totally on his own like Ultra Violence which is really good and he said that in the past times he was trying working on his own. That's why I think we can forgive him even after what he did.
Out of all of the controversies in this game, this is the saddest.
I feel compelled to agree
i straight up dont care. ''oh noo how could i ever forgive him😭'' yeah no. its just not that serious
Yes and no, I am too tired to argue but all you have to know is that stealing art isn't right (I wouldn't want people to steal my music) but I do think that NothingIsScary dramatises everything out of proportion (my opinion)
I think it's because he had a ton of respect for xender and really feels betrayed (just a theory)
I dont care. I just like his levels
True
This comment right here. Sure it’s bad he plagiarized, but they’re still good levels. Shunning for something this trivial is concerning
You people would eat up ai slop if it looked good lmao
@sugariimarii this isn't close to ai. And this is a completely different scenario.
@@sugariimarii ai on its own is funny af what are you smoking? It’s called “slop” for a reason
Best of luck to the people who put up with it still.
well fair its important to remember there is good in the community too. every community has bad AND good.
Really i think the community has a popularity contest problem when everything is made to get someone else's attention rather than being made earnestly, but maybe I'm wrong

its actually so sad that xender had to go.
i beat white space as a way to commemorate and a goodbye to him 😔
“Felt cute, might delete later” ahh thumbnail
Isn’t this why levelution was a thing like 6-7 years ago? To try to make smaller scope levels more acceptable for big creators?
ngl, his art thievery isn't even that bad(compared to manix), manix did much more. he's definitely a talented creator. it's wrong, yes, but he could've apologized and removed the art. i think he just wanted an excuse to leave the community due to wanting to spend more time with family. feel free to debate!
The last part, I feel you. I also have a problem with blindly forgiving people, and that's been a problem with me for a while now.

4:37 "some of the levels"
This is the WORST example he showed in his video, and the only example where I would say it could be considered plagiarism.
I don't think he's "destroying the reputation" and he's just giving his own personal opinion
@@proxy_1212 it's everyone giving his own negative personal opinion that ends up ruining reputations, that is more toxic than the """""""stolen artwork""""""" showcased in this video
@ I usually respect and agree with somethingisscary but this time it's very much bullshit imo.
@ when it's about someone's reputation it's not just an OPINION anymore you see when you have a community and you say absolute wrong things about someone it's not just an opinion it's destroying someone
Everything here reminds me of TheDoubleAgent. Being a phenomenal artist, creating some of the best work within your community, and then being weighed down due to being a public figure and plagirizing a few things for your video. It makes me sad.

@ yeah same
@spikeabug cornball
There is nuance comparing xender to those.
This is genuinely the best take on this situation how are you getting dislikes
People that are meat riding xender probably. There’s a lot of them
@@ZegiomioI don't think so, I think it's just people who disagree and I am one of them
(I didn't dislike it though bc I still respect he's opinion and the video had a good point, just not enough for me)
The number of creators that do this will suprise you, while i do agree that tracing the art without crediting was bad other than dreamflower most of his levels have like one or two things copied and he hasnt done the copying since 2022, so im gonna forgive him, heck i didnt even know there was a heart thing in white space if he removed it you wouldnt be able to tell.
@@tessal6555for the dual beam wasn't it the background that was stolen ?
1:57 he made a lot of he's artworks he said he wasn't good enough for a certain level of art but for example : white space has only two stollen assets (including the tv) in the sea of othe artworks
Also, I know what he did was very bad but I forgive him not only because I empathize but also because he didn't just steal, he actually put effort and care in he's levels, yes stealing assets was a very bad shortcut for backgrounds but it was mostly on older levels and art for me isn't the full apeal of he's level, they have so much more than just good art, he didn't cheat on composition, he didn't cheat motion, he didn't cheat block design, plus, in the end, he still made most of it himself.
(I know it's stupid but this is my personal opinion, opinions might be stupid x))
Edit: if it wasn't clear, I do respect your opinion I just don't agree with it (because sometimes it's hard to explain a point of view through text)
Edit 2 : little detail the last competely copied asset he's got was in 2021 so he actually only cheated for 4 years ☝️🤓
Can we have like… a month, without any gd drama
nah
honestly, from what i saw in his video, the supposed “stealing” itself really wasn’t that bad and for the most part, could simply be labeled as inspiration and reference images.
Yes but the stealing was actually kinda bad for neon 18, dream flower and the luminescence thing (I forgot the name of the level)
Man I really hate this community. I just want to play fun levels dude.
The xendergame situation is insane
One category of creators to add: Just the average joe trying to get a level rated at all... (not even featured mind you).
The worst part is that most of these people are the ones being stolen from.
My hope is that Xender will return once he's found his own original creativity back.
I thought he was getting exposed for something else, at least it’s not THAT bad 😅
only reason i even think people care is because xender cares tbh. boogie by connot is pretty much entirely composed of traced art and i hardly see anyone take issue with that
Bussin as well.
*most of the people (not all of them)
I don't know what anyone here means with "good intentions" or "bad intentions"
Unless you're literally a child, what intentions for INTENTIONAL PLAGIARISM are not BAD?
Can we just stop and admire how much work he puts into his videos?
I think its stupid; he took inspiration and made it better, and into geometry dash. His level are so good. Just say that the aet wasnt yours, if you keep other creators from getting their levels rated then thats another issue. But yeh
This situation is crazy.

@@TimelessRedX I guess I'm the karma guy now
It's a shame he didn't decide to work with artists instead of just plagerising because he could have been really good.
I 100% agree
Maybe he didn't know that it's bad, but after KOCMOC controversy and the hate creators are getting is insane. I just doesn't want negativity and forgive him, but it'll be horrible if he plagiarise and wont put any credits even after the apologize
i'll just stay neutral
i dont give any crap that he stole, all i care about is that his levels are good and enjoyable.
This reminds me of spaceUK in the types of impacts this will have on the community.
Edit: I was wrong, the comments are right.
it'll have an impact, but not even close to the spaceuk situation. those two issues really aren't comparable.
This issues are more relate with God Eater drama.

The first FUCKING comment I see when I click on this video.
@ LMAOOOOO
Do you think his levels should be unrated since they have stolen art?
No opinion cause idk
imo it should have the same treatment as the one former mythical level where all epic levels should be downgraded to featured or even just rated
i could forgive xender game but only if he can prove he's doing the right thing going forward
4:12 what level did he steal from? I thought it just stuff outside the game
Just purely random assets in levels like boss 3 electro
This video is all wrong, he dindent steal anything, he got inspired by everything in his art and by everything he did. Its his mindset that makes him think he stoll. You can see how much he cares about what he has made, by the art and detail in his levels. He adds emotion to levels that makes them so unique, his levels come to life and Inspire me too. How can you forgive him if he did nothing wrong? He thinks that he did but he dindent. its the mindset that makes it he stole from other people but he dindent.
This isn't completely 100% true, he did trace some art and tracing is stealing
o7 Xender
this comfroms my theory that the layout from ultra violence was stolen by zender game after i found a level posted before it with a like 75% match
wtf. level id?
Xendergame stated he stole art because he couldnt keep up with his own/the communities standards, bringing Ultra Violence's gameplay into this makes no sense unless you have 100% proof. Ultra Violence doesnt even have any stolen assets so it makes even less sense to me. Again proof is really needed here.
