Very nice plane, nice work. What engine did you put in it? Do you have a reduction gear / torquemaster (reeves or tony clark)? Thank you for your answers.
Great take-off and landing. Flown in a very scale like manner. The slow spinning prop is a little disconcerting. Could the airframe handle a 80 cc or a 100 cc?
The plane is using a gear reduction drive on a G-62. The prop is spinning in a realistic manner, you can view full scale SE-5s in flight to see what I mean. But yes you can mount a larger non geared motor on it. I am building mine with the G-62.
Beautiful and so nice to see an SE5-a in this scale !
Thanks for sharing .
Roy Thanks for the link Fantastic footage now hoping to see the Dolphin flights very soon!! :-) Great warbirds of the time.
Very interesting, makes me want to get my shop in order and start building!
