You may have found this out since posting but Five Broken Blades isn't a romance genre book. It's basically about five people who are recruited to eliminate the ruler of their land. Still sounds interesting but very different than what you thought!
Congratulations on getting married, love! ♡ I'm so happy your videos popped up on my feed again. (Stupid TH-cam algorithm tried to hide you from me!) But I'm so glad I get to binge your videos now and catch up on everything! ♡ I still remember finding you on your first few videos, and still have the Love & Other Words copy you gave away and sent to me on my own shelf! ♡ I shall never get rid of it. Super excited to see more from you!!
@@emsnyde I plan to be around for a good long while, girly. 🤍 now I just gotta try to catch up on my reads so I can match you and feel like we're buddy reading lol
It's so wild to me to see Hate List pop up in this video! I've read this around 10 years ago, and I've had it in my bookcase ever since. It had such an impact on me when I was younger. I'm very interested in hearing your thoughts about it!
As an avid dark romance reader I say if you wanna get into the genre that is great!! however within the genre some books are darker than others and some books aren't as dark (pale dark I like to call it, dark for beginners) so here are some books I would recommend for a newbie to the genre; the entire never after series by Emily Mcintire but start with book 1, the entire brutal prince series by Sophie Lark again start with book 1, birthday girl by Penelope Douglas, The after series by Anna Todd (This may not be considered dark by most people but I think there are some dark elements to it) The made trilogy by Danielle Lori, and lastly den of vipers by K a Knight which is a great book to get you into a sub genre known as why choose meaning 1 person has multiple lovers!!
Such a super massive book haul!! The Summer of Broken Rules was a five star read! Loved it! I can't wait to hear your final verdict! Thanks & congrats on your recent wedding!! 💍💐👰🏻❤ I have a personally fun question for you. What's the first book you read that made you fall in love with the friends to lovers trope?
i got so many of these for free (ARCs), thrifted more than half of them, some were gifts & then the rest i got for half off through work!!! super grateful for that because i LOVE books but could never spend that much!
How long will it take you to read all these books? No hate but I think this is a bit much and it might be wasteful if you dont read all the books. I think it would be better to buy a few books that you really want to read and after you read them, you can buy a few more. Again no hate and if this makes you happy than thats cool. It just would make me feel so overwhelmed
it will take me awhile for sure! but any books i have for a couple years that i don’t read, i donate to shelters & libraries & schools :)) this is also very collective so i’ve already read a lot of these :))

Wow that was an amazing haul!! ❤🎉 which bookstore do you work in ?

This all would’ve had to be over $1000 books are expensive like for a book (where i live) is like $14-$20

I've seen twilight movies I don't think I could read the books cuz I feel like they won't be the same as the movies.
i haven’t read them in so long, but i definitely remember them being different! i’ll have to reread/rewatch the movies to see
