Hold an unsolved star point in front and another unsolved star point int he top left, then do F, R, U, R', U', F' until the star is solved. I explain it at 25:40 in the video.

Hey Daniel, I’m commenting on an old video because I don’t dare ask this question on the axis cube thread after the conversation I had 😂 I’ve gotten into a position with the axis cube where I have 2 centers that need to be flipped 90°.. I know the algorithm for 180° but the 90 is throwing me.. how do you get those lost couple of centers turned around?
Off the top of my head, I'm not sure you can fix that problem on the axis cube without messing up the rest of it. In the method I use, I always orient the centers before doing anything else on the cube. Check out my video on solving a 3x3 with pictures; toward the end of the video, I show how to orient a rotated center. You might be able to use that method to fix your problem. If not, I'd probably just start over.
There is something I'm not getting with your last algorithm. R D R'D'. I don't get the "do it in fours". I can rotate those corners on themselves to orient them. But then, I end up with two edges messed up.
So, I was able to try again and got to the end, with a single cubie misoriented. (I therefore believe that my student, at some point, had pieces pop that were not replaced correctly. I don't think a single cubie should be twisted wrong. wouldn't there be parity issues. I can't bring myself to try again because I don't have the time to fiddle-faddle with this!) Thanks for the help!
What I mean is, sometimes the corner you are orienting gets fixed after doing R', D', R, but you have to go ahead and do the D move (making at a complete set of R', D', R, D) before moving the next corner into position to do the process again.

For some reason my cube side not get solved. Even thoough I payed close attention(its always the last step that don't work).

Antistius make sure you turn the top not the cube and try turning it the other way then him also turn the top past the solved ones ❤️
