The Giraffe House Wildlife Awareness Center is a 30-minute drive from Cape Town. The Giraffe House's main attraction is giraffes, but they have so many other beautiful animals! Some of the Giraffe House's incredible wildlife and bird species include Meerkats, Zebras, Warthogs, Crocodiles, and Ostriches. Giraffe House is usually is open seven days a week from 9:00am to 17:00pm (closed on Christmas day). Check their Facebook page or phone ahead as they may be closed on rainy days.
