Hello you lovely person :) After leaving Sydney and saying a sad emotional goodbye in the airport (yup, we were that sobbing mess of a family) we moved on to Dubai for a lovely weekend at Fairmont The Palm. The service is exceptional, and the hotel itself is in an awesome spot with epic views.
