Because the carry mode for heavy weapons doesn't count as a summon, I personally didn't get the full benefits when using engineer/warden. Instead I focused on features that either keep shields up or give you a buff while a shield is up. The amulet difference engine gives you 20% damage when a shield is up and 4.5% life steal. With the warden shield skill combined with the shield strike mutation, I had 100% shield up time in most cases. Since the ring of ordinance gives you nearly infinite ammo, I also used the A'tareii Booster for 10% heavy weapon damage. I have not unlocked it yet, but the mortal coil would also work well with this build paired with the profane heart because you would be sitting at about 15% life steal with a shield up.
I made a similar build but swapped the amulet for hyper conducter and made warden the primary archetype. It nearly triples the ammo capacity for both turrets and giving them regenerating ammo from the rinf of ordanece along with the aeteri booster ring, mechanics cog, and a ring that gives a flat 15% damage bonus to both tuerets. The flamethrower itself with all of these has an ammo capacity of 563 and constantly regenerating.

But just so you know the game has awful localization for certain languages, and I am encountering memory leak of some sort causing it to freeze from time to time. Also the inclusion of Epic online service cross-platform is broken periodically, idk why. The game has so much technical issues. I had an invisible elite yesterday during Boss Rush forced me to abandon run on 14/19.

Every dark souls game has had builds capable of killing bosses in seconds arguably much faster than this game and in many cases one shotting them,if your argument is builds like this make the game too easy so it isn't a soulslike it is a bad argument

If you can get your Prism to +50. There are a chance that you can get unlimited energy buff for turret/drone, which is really broken

Yes I was just saying if you want to pick it up you can. But you get lifesteal from the drone, knights guard, and impact cannon in turret mode.
So turret mode counts as a summon ?
