Happy to hear andi. Yes. Sometimes I use baking soda also. But I feel grease free when I use soap liquid. My fridge inside ( interior) didn’t change any colour. Pure white like new fridge. After coming from market I will soak the ginger in water. After some time I will wash thoroughly in good water few times. On a fully dried napkin I will keep in the shade(out of house). I will dry for 7-8 hours thoroughly and store in a box in the fridge ma. It lasts one month. Otherwise you can do one thing. You can store in sand in a mud vessel. It lasts one year also. 🙏😊

Please make a video on how to store raw mangoes in fridge for a year. I watched some other you tuner's videos. But it was a tedious process of making brine water etc. But you have simply stored in covers ma'am. Please make a video before the season ends so that we can store raw mangoes.
