Where did they drag up this character in the pink dress from ... she's awful. Paul is great, can't they please find a really handsome and sexy love interest for him? Billy is so boring (and untrustworthy the way he dumped Paul for Todd). Paul is cute and has a lovely personality and can do a lot better.
Billy and Paul were fine until Todd (who went on the run for 3 years after abandoning him and Summer) returned and enacted a campaign to split them up in order to have Billy for himself and get Paul out of the picture and as I said the only reason Billy and Paul's relationship didn't work the first time was because Todd's dishonesty caused a lot of tension between them.

Ugh Billy’s to judge mental. Paul needs someone better. I’d SHIP him and Todd,( real chemistry),but with Todd’s history , that would be a disaster.
