If a new Car company (to the Indian market) need to establish themselves here, they need to adapt to the conditions well. Citroen tried many things, that's good. But will that be enough - only time will tell. One can see a lot of cost cutting/ compromises made in this car. Some feels ok, but a few of them will not please many, especially keeping in mind the kind of stuff its rivals provide. That, brings to the ultimate factors - the segment and pricing. If they price it well, they have a chance.

Citron is a worthy car but denying due to lack of service centers in all states of India.. there must b minimum two or three service centers in each state which increase the resale value of the car and customers have not to worry about the car service or to resale
So they are basically targeting the audience who go for base and mid varient of other cars

I believe Citroen have missed a great opportunity. They should have researched well then launch the Aircross. Basic features are missing, Door handles are Alto standard. Surely it's drive & ride will be superb but engine is a little bit mismatched. Now all depends on its pricing. I guess this time Citroen will do it right.. It should be launched at Triber's price (70k-1Lakh dearer). If that happens this car will sell well.

Yeah so can't compare it with ALTO only , consider X1 too. And agreed it misses some feautures. Price will be starting under 10L surely.

@@inpursuitofhappiness366 Not just the features but also because of their lack of after sales service and shittier warranty on the car. Also their C3 scored a 0 in Latin ncap. Buying their cars includes a lot of compromise for which we aren't getting much in return. There are other cars which offer good ride quality and power trains with either great safety or great features and after sales while this has none of that. So the only Trump card Citroen now possesses is pricing. If they price this close to cars in the sub 4 meter segment, then they can attract customers because otherwise nobody who buys a creta is ever going to buy this thing.

The Main drawback of Citroen C3 Aircross it's with 3 Cylinder Engine Vehicle added with good Ground Clearance.
This engine is from PEUGEOT. Very powerful. Who Supplied engines to TATA and Mahindra. In 80s and 90s. TATA SIERRA, MAHINDRA ARMADA. Etc.

I bought Renault and face this issues . So sold it in one year of use. And then bought then 2nd hand WagonR from car one.......

Third seat is not comfortable than triber i feel its not a practical car though size is more than sub 4meter but still third seat is not comfortable only engine is not every think comfort is the main criteria for car selection its my thinking and triber is the only car which is more practical and comfort in the third row is remarkable by renault engineering being a sub 4meter car comfort is best in class nobody beats Renault triber . I am not wasting my harden money is such suv types car . buying such cars is waste of money.

Hi what happened to fortuner project
Second row is too stretched so
Citroen couldn't manage the last row space,they can streach the head room of last row like triber,and the hump must be removed.
Vehicle is attractive but the cost cutting should benefit customers. I personally feel that it should priced below 10 lakhs to gain share in Indian market,and u all know people r always cautious about new brand.
Unnecessary things r removed that nice from Citroen.
