Sounds like my story of getting Rheumatoid Arthritis after my first baby. I m a dentist and had to discontinue due to my illness. I moved to saudi with my small baby and a month later my disease triggered. I believe it has to do something with vaccination before moving to different country. I recall my periodontal health worsened few months/year ago before I developed joint pains.
Dear Dr Faizain, you're doing great job as always. I've a serious question please explain At first you said we'll extract the upper teeth to check if patient is responding or not then we'll continue the treatment, if he's not responding we'll give Denture. But then why did you do the adjacent tooth crown prep at the beginning? Shouldn't you be giving time to check if healing and other things working. For example if her body responded negative then you're giving denture on those already crown prep areas, that means the healthy teeth are now damaged as well. Please explain to me i shall be very grateful for that 🙂 Once again you're a charm and doing excellent job as always 💯👍
Thankyou for watching and for the kind words :) I already saw what i needed to see as far as healing was concerned after the scaling. Rest was just me being cautious and taking it one step at a time. I wouldn’t have prepped if i wasn’t confident about healing after removal of mobile teeth (primarily in gums so minimal bone related damage). Just wasn’t sure how long it will take to heal. On the other hand i can’t extract without having temporaries ready beforehand. Calculated risk :) Hope that helped :) Take care.

Normal cases I do final impression after at least 10-14 days, when the gum is stabilised. regardless of the sutures. Sutures waisey chi 5 din baad nickel jaingay.
If you’re talking about this patient, she has no pain. If you’re talking in general, that’s because the tooth and periodontium is still tender from all the filling. It is normal and takes 2/3 days to go away.

Thankyou. If the tooth is healthy and not mobile, no need to do RCT on it before a crown, regardless of age.
