For a new clinic owner, it gets really difficult to remove doubts about certain cases, inability to find practical cases which resemble ours, we don't really understand practically what's prevalent and working . Thank you for picking up topics that help bridge this gap .
For me the technique you told to leave elevator for sometime while breaking pdl, works best for me,i even extracted curved roots tooth with this tip, thank you dr faizan
Very nice explanation sir........... Plz make a video on how to manage patient's anxiety while giving local anaesthesia. And even local anaesthesia complications while doing extraction and post extraction
Sir, Hopefully you are doing well. 😇 Thank you for uploading this video. I'm very sorry for having missed the last uploads. It's only a mere coincidence , that I'm currently posted in O.S department and I forgot to check the TH-cam notifications.🤦 And before seeing the notifications I was actually super tensed thinking about supernumerary tooth extractions.😅 Also, I'm equally surprised and super excited to know that; finally you're back after such a long time.🤩🤩🤩 1:15: This is so true , like most of the time in the O.S department what we actually get to see is; more and more number of patients who actually come because of root stumps only. This video reminds me of the first time when the teachers in our batch had demonstrated extractions. We were instructed to wait first. And as I'm watching your video, I feel that the entire demonstration is being replayed in my mind again and again and I started wondering how come every word is exactly similar to what the teachers taught me in college.😃🤩 Really loved this video. ❤️❤️❤️ And especially when you said there would be back to back videos, I was like, still can't believe...OMG🤩🤩🤩 I'm awestruck 🌟 15:28: This is the most helpful tip of the entire video. 🌟🌟🌟 This is so on point, cent per cent agreed .💯 Whether it is G.A or L.A being deposited, it's very difficult like for me personally, unless I'm familiar with position of the nerve. Actually speaking, Impacted third molar extractions has been one of my greatest fears ever. Someday ,I would really want to master the art of perfect surgery. ❤️ I'm highly thankful to you for taking out time of your busy schedule and guiding all of us through our journey in Dentistry. I really appreciate that you have picked up very basic topics. It's important for all of us to realise why we need to be well-versed in basics. Nowadays, in any CDE programs or any Seminar or lecture, a lot many times speakers would love to talk about implants and laser dentistry ; seldom would they talk or emphasize upon these basic things that should be known to all. During my last clinical rotation, I clearly remember an old aged patient who had severe pain because he had a history of facial paralysis following the tooth extraction. And later on he had developed moderate condylar dislocation and tenderness on lateral pterygoid because he started chewing food from one side only. A lot of times when L.A is not deposited in a proper way , it may lead to complications. This video is helpful and like always I'm sharing this ahead. Heartfelt Appreciation for your efforts. 🙏 I will surely watch all the videos that I have missed.. And I must say all these videos are precious huge gifts for all of us. Really can't thank you enough for this. 🙏 May the Almighty reward you immensely you and and all your loved ones with good health and prosperity. Eid Mubarak 🌟 Best Regards.💐 Stay Blessed always 😇
Sir do consider guiding about how to do procedures whether RCT, extraction or other things without suction as we people working in govt hospitals dont have suction for every patient (it is used only for surgical extraction, implants or RTA cases during sutures and IMF) so it gets difficult to do, asking ptnt every minute to spit saliva/blood. Thanks.
Main sabse pehle explorer se mucosa se free kerti hun fir elevator lagati hun fir uske baad forcep lagati hun kabhi kabhi to zarooret hi nahi padti forcep ki even zarooret hi nahi padti par yeh kam Maine apni clinic par hi seekha
Dr I stay overseas and it’s difficult for me to take any attachment for learning extraction as I don’t have any senior dentist in my clinic too …..and the only way I can learn is through your videos 😂..please advice me how to manage as I usually forward the extraction cases to other doctors 😔and there is where I feel hopeless.
im happy i can be of help. start gradually with easy to slightly more difficult cases. however DO NOT PERFORM any complicated extractions unless you know how to surgically remove teeth which you cannot do on your own and have to learn under supervision, sorry.

Assalamualaikum sir, Thank you so much for this video, one question, how much anesthesia is too much anesthesia for CVS patients? As we need to be cautious while giving anesthesia to cardiac patients, right?
Wasalam Fiza. You’re most welcome. Thankyou for watching. Amount of safe dosage/toxic dosage of Anesthesia is calculated by weight of the patient not medical condition. Just give as much is required for profound anesthesia, nothing more. Keep checking vitals :)
@@DRSMFaizan please make a video on this topic too ..I went to every channel related this and read all the comments and most of the people was asking this question too...
