I'm a recovering poly addict and my main drug of choice was methamphetamine/speed. Recovery was hard but so worth it in everyway possible. Now I can focus on my beautiful daughter and not have to worry about how I'm going to get my next 8ball

I have been sober since 07-07-04 from telling it to the bottle. Love this, sending hugs and positivity to all and strength.. Hope this make sense and just my perspective. It is said to take one day at a time. What I feel a day can be long , I took a second, a min , a hour at a time and a full 24 hours had pass, in order to fight for my sobriety. You have to fight not physically but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Do not give up the fight. If there is a fall ( figuratively speaking). Get up, and keep fighting for yourself and your sobriety. Anything worth having a lot of times is hard, or plans may go array. But the old saying is to get back on the saddle again. I go through this alcoholism s*** everyday, the song is very relatable. Let me tell you, if I could go back in time... I would have never picked up that first drink and 14 years old. Sure, it's fun... then you want to have fun every night, then the fun ain't so fun when you're paranoid driving through town thinking that everybody's watching you. It's not worth it man, it's really not worth it.
Going through a separation currently been drinking non stop just to get some sleep. A week ago today I was ready to go into a mental hospital for the thoughts I was having. Sitting in the parking lot I heard this song and I'm not really sure why but it helped.

Look ik I've been sober for a long time but this drank doesn't last long, my new girl an her kid is a busy job he has counseling in a therapist every year all year long and my wife is working right now do to me being on vacation for a month and a half because I am a long technician her son has a lot of issues but they keep me on my toes and keep my mind occupied a lot and I love him for that and they do treat me good and I've never been treated this good in my life just putting my life story out there every time on this video I know it's not necessary but I do do it because I came from a dark past and some shady stuff I used to do and I thank God everyday and I'm away from it all
