You should test the game on your integrated graphics card bro, if the game still runs on integrated, so people know how powerful this tweak is. If you test it on an external graphics card (e.g. RTX 2050) it will definitely be capable, because it is a very high-end graphics card.

set the game setting to windows mode allow us to choose lower resolution also it will look alot better in windows mode if you gonna drop resolution quality in user config file.

yes and no. Yes if you tweaks the config file a little just like in the video, but you might get frame drop sometimes since this game runs in Unreal Engine 5 which is quite heavy. unlike Genshin, hsr, zzz they run on Unity engine software
i got wuwa running around 30fps (my gpu was k600 1g) on i5 2500 use around 50-70% so yeah i think you can but normally wuwa use around 6g+ of ram so maybe upgrade to 8g and finally wuwa run better on ssd, on hhd it lag a lot but snowbreak run fine tho on hhd

Didn't find the read only option, but i tried to tweaks the engine one and its working. Thank you so much, your really are my savior
right click on the file, go to properties, then set it to read only under attributes

Get more ram even 8 gb feels bad. Other games work well in low ram not wuthering waves.
