I remember when “Success 4 the Future” introduced this to Councilman Manzie & Dir. Henderson. My prayer is that we also will find a means to incorporate those who don’t qualify… thus (as originally proposed), preparing them for careers & to be contributing Citizens as well! Be holistic!
