NYC TOWNHOUSES (4 UNITS) | Sims 4 For Rent | Sims 4 Speed Build (Stop Motion Style)

- WE CAN HAVE TOWNHOUSES WITH THE NEW SIMS 4 FOR RENT PACK! In this new Sims 4 speed build we are building New York City brownstone townhouses that are the ideal choice for your sims to move into with the brand new expansion pack in the Sims, Sims 4 For Rent! I am SO excited to finally be able to have multiple families living on one lot, renting apartments and townhouses and being a landlord. You guys know that I always build townhouses and apartment buildings so this pack is finally making all my builds function as they should!
I built three townhouses in typical NYC brownstone architecture who all have a lot of character and reflect their exterior colours on the interior. BUT they actually can house more than just three families - we have four total units on this lot: two full townhouses and a studio apartment and 2-storey apartment in the third townhouse. Of course there are also some communal spaces for your sims to use: a shared hallway for your sims to get their mail, a laundry room and a utility room (where your landlord sim can go and repair faulty water boilers and electricity). The townhouses are located on the Waterside Warbles lot (30x30) in San Myshuno. The first townhouses is inspired by Athena Calderone's new apartment in New York (you might also know her as eyeswoon), the second townhouse is featuring a slight Dark Academia style and the third townhouse makes use of my favourite colour - terracotta! Your townhouses is by far the best that I have seen in Sims4. Also love natural and earthy colours. New York apartments are definitely my ultimate favourite ❤ My favourite townhouse is the last townhouse.

I was so excited when For Rent was announced and finally released! Can’t go wrong with a classic brownstone build. Awesome job, these are stunning. These are also more affordable then living in actual NYC 😆 So my Sims can live out my dream….

I could never go back to no cc in my game, I absolutely love it and it makes the game so much more fun and interesting to me :) my game doesn’t lag at all, it just takes a little longer to start up.

I love this expansion because of the rentals, but I do feel also in same sense it's a shallow pack. I find this pack is like seasons it's something we all want in the base game not pay for it... but nevertheless thanks for the build.
I do agree, after having played with it a bit yesterday the gameplay seemed a bit lacklustre :( the main thing I like is the multi dwelling lots but it’s been a bit buggy / crashing a bit :/ it shouldn’t have been an expansion pack imo, maybe more game pack.

Though I spent so many hours downloading all the CC mentioned in description, but when I placed it in the game, it said I was missing 50-ish items? Would it be possible for you to specify which packs you use? Some of them have multiple packs, for example "Chalk" has 3 different packs. I did my best to download it all but I still came up missing some. It would help which ones are specifically on this build.
Thank you! :) that shouldn’t be, I’ve listed all packs and if there’s multiple of a series like chalk I’d download them all (it’s impossible to pinpoint the exact pack for every creator and it’s worth having every pack from these creators bec they’re just amazing!)

Love all you builds but was hoping for a new one, YAY!!! For some reason the chateau frames are conflicting! ugh, I've tried everything, ran batch fixes mod conflict detector, did a 50/50 - it is so weird, cannot find what they conflict with, no script mods aside from TwistedMexi & MCC. The Grove kitchen counter has been conflicting for some time now, just that piece, deleted everything re-downloaded the cc, no idea - the frames were the only thing I had to change.

The wall tiles are from the beam set by tuds and the floor tiles are from pierisim (I believe the winter garden set) :)

I play the game on ultra quality, no mods for lighting :) coffee table is from livin rum by felix and harrie, plants are winter garden by pierisim, I use gshade which is a filter for the game
