    Can't wait to use your recipe! I purchased a jar of Herissa and it was just ok. Yours has a depth of color that says, the flavor is more rich than the one I purchased.

    Thank you for the recipe. I notice you indicated that the weight of the chillies used is how on the packets but only Pasilla chilli packet is shown clearly, the others are obscured, unless my eyesight is playing tricks on me. Perhaps if you don't mind, could you indicate the weight of each chilli variety used please.Many thanks.
