@@maestrovoci7214 It's no secret. The Tölzer choir seeks out talented candidates from the school system at age six, and trains them classically; both individually and in skill based choirs. There is no magic. Just many years of hard work by the boys and their instructors. The results seem do miraculous though.
@maestrovoci Sad that it's so rarely performed. It's such a great piece! I sung it in a choir in February and some parts still get stuck in my head from time to time. I like it so much! It's interesting to hear it performed by a boy's choir and they are doing a great job.

Ludwig Mittelhammer! He has continued to sing, a blessing the world over. As a man, he has an incredible, rich voice.
Ludwig is a Prodigy ! Wonderful vocal control and pure tone. Sweetly angelic yet powerful !
