hey guys! for today's video i'm doing a what i eat in a week! this video has been highly requested for the longest time so i thought why not film one! just a warning i don't eat super healthy, you really won't catch me eating salad for every meal. i don't stop my body from eating the food that i want because that just results in binging once that "two week diet" is over. i do workout a lot and i think that does contribute to me eating not the healthiest, but every body is different!
