I only starting watching your flosstubes recently and in my spare time I am also binging the old ones.....I love all of your samplers... but especially the heart shape sampler you stitched for your precious little Wesley. The verse is taken from the Holy Bible in 1 Samuel 1:27 "For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath given me my petition which I asked of him." (KJV) when Hannah poured out her heart to God asking for a child. Isn't God so good.
Behind in watching Flosstubes but loved this one. You always have the best starts. Who wouldn't be inspired! Will miss attending Summer School but hope to be back next year for some of your wonderful retreats!❤
Hi Jean, and the gang… love all the cross stitch, but I’m putting in this comment so you know - when I lost my children - years later Jesus showed my hubby and I, white wicker baskets in Heaven with both our children - we weren’t allowed to see the babies, but Jesus told my husband that they’ll wait as babies for us. They had on the outside of the baskets my husbands last name on them withJesus’ light shining g through the name. Just know- if anyone believes and accepts Jesus and loses a child (baby) they are in Heaven waiting. Hugs and blessings and we’re praying for your health in Jesus name ! Amen 🙏
Always a tour de force when the tarts are on! I love the wide range of projects shown and all the ways that each project can be personalized. Very inspirational. Gotta love it! And thanks to all the ladies who took time out to spend with all of us out here in Flosstube-land. It is more appreciated than you can know.
Always happy to see my alert that there is a new video up from Jean and Carolyn!! So many beautiful starts and finishes. I want to stitch them all!! Sending hugs to you both virtually, until I can get back to the Attic ((Hugs)) ❤️❤️.
So enjoyed spending time with you this Saturday morning! Always inspiring! Carolyn-I had to chuckle at your reference of pulling Esther Iddison from the archives…I have a few of those big girl samplers myself in the Beles archives🤭🤣 Jean congratulations on your great-grandson-so sweet. You moved me to tears. That verse is so meaningful to my own experience in how our precious children arrived. I’m positive that sampler will always be treasured. Thank you for sharing your love of stitching with us.❤️
Loved watching you Jean and Carolyn, and I am so excited that you have started the When Cardinals Appear design. I am honored, and am sending hugs to you Both!
Love you all. I watch your videos over and over. I enjoy your laughter, WIPS, finishes, and love of cross stitch. I watch it over again for all the teachable moments. ❤
love to watch videos when stitching, working on hello spring at the moment, lots of colors for sure, have a good day and happy stitching, take care from atl canada
Oh my gosh - who doesn't want to kiss baby cheeks after seeing your new great-gran. Another fun time ladies, thank you. And I - who have never wanted to stitch patriotic (no fainting Jean), just saw 2 charts that will be making their way to my home.
Lovely to see you all! In today’s video, my favorite was that sweet little heart at the end that you made for your husband, Jean. So special. ❤ Thank you for taking the time to video! - Sheri
Oh, ladies, I always enjoy your videos so very much! So much eye candy! I'm on a strict, tight, tight, tight budget this summer because I'm moving in December and need save up enough to actually do it and it hurts my soul not to be able to get on the phone and order everything you've shown. It's not like I don't have anything to stitch, so I'll have to wait until after my move to add to my stash. I want to pass on an idea you've probably not ever even thought of. Several years ago I started tying flies when I gifted my husband a new fly rod. I put the hobby aside when he passed away and then picked it back up again when I moved to the country and started raising chickens. All the feathers and what to do with them! SO, when I started cross stitching again in 2020, I had those teeny-tiny sharp-pointed scissors I used to make those teeny-tiny flies already on hand and I still use them when I travel. I just checked and there is a Bass Pro Shop in Mesa, so it wouldn't be much out of your way to check out the fly-tying supplies there and see what I mean. The brand I use is Dr. Slick, but there are others both less and more expensive. Since you're also a retail store, you should be able to stock these low priced scissors too for those like me who can't afford wonderful, beautiful scissors but still need something to cut their thread. Just a thought.
I love watching your videos, so much beautiful stitching stuff! It’s impossible for me to stitch and watch at the same time 😁. Thanks for sharing such an entertaining video.
G'day Ladies. Thank you for another great video. All of your stitching is so beautiful. Your store looks amazing. If I ever make it to the USA will have to make a visit. Happy 4th July.
Loved your video tonight … such beautiful pieces y’all have started …. The colors and floss were amazing … I liked and subscribed … can’t wait to see y’all again … 😊❤ Dena
So much stitching goodness!! Thank you for sharing all of your wonderful stitching. I have to say the darling heart at the end made me want to run and kit it up just like Jean... what's new?! Love you ladies so much~ wishing you many happy 30 minutes!!🌹🌹🌹
I can’t wait to see the supplies for Dutch beauty you chose for me. So excited. Love love love your videos. All the best for you all. Happy stitching, Bettina ❤
All of you ladies are just precious. You give me a laugh or two, I get inspiration and a look at some wonderful charts. Keep it up, God bless and till next time….happy stitching. 😊🪡🧵🌻
Thank you for sharing your talents, projects, fully finished projects, and thread conversions. I so enjoyed visiting your shop in May. Everyone one of you ladies were helpful and willing to help me make thread conversions for some charts that I was kitting up. Your linen choices were amazing. Enjoy your Fourth of July.
Oh it's such a joy to spend time with you all! The colors, the fabrics, the charts! I want one of everything! It's a good thing I live so far away!! Thank you for sharing so much eye candy!
So many beautiful things. One of these days I'm gonna find some 56 count fabric and try it. So happy you have a new great grandbaby. I too have lots of babies up in heaven waiting on me. God sent us a miracle twice through adoption. We're blessed!
Love what l saw today, you ladies are great. Saw for my first time this morning. Live all your beautiful needlework. 😮😊.❤. We could use some heat here in North Minnesota, in Duluth, next windy city to Chicago 😅. REAL ENJOYED WATCHING, THANK'S
It’s always a pleasure when you share these fabulous videos with all the beautiful works in progress and rich ideas! Have a great day and I miss seeing you guys ❤
Congratulations On the little one. My sweet granddaughter lost 5 before she had her two little girls which are a little over a year apart. They were a surprise for sure as the fertility team said they weren't going to work with them anymore as it was going to happen. God said otherwise!
Hi Joan and Carolyn! Another fabulous video!! 🥳🎉 I have been wanting to stitch Land That I Love by Teresa Kogut forever however I've never been able to find the fabric I was happy with until you showed it today!! Knock me out! 🤦🤣🤣 I was super excited!! So many others too. I'll be calling you Monday morning to place my order!! Thank you both for all you do! I just love you ladies! 🥰
My two favorite tarts! I had a nice afternoon today watching you while stitching a HATS sampler--heaven on earth. 😊 You always excite me with new ideas and I come away inspired once again! 😍
I LOVE your videos. Today, the lady in the intro that changed the colors on the HATS sampler really caught my attention. I liked the soft pink and brown colors she chose. As far as changing the name on a reproduction sampler ; I haven't yet, but I am thinking of it. I would like my name ( or at least my initials on it as well as the date I finished it). I don't like my name to be obvious on a reproduction sampler. It sometimes delays the framing of a piece for a long time because I can't figure out how to hide my name and date in the design.
Thank you for the inspiration. I was wondering if you give classes? Currently I am working with Aida and would like to advance to Linen. I don’t have a local shop to go to.
Could you tell me the name of the pattern of the tall house on the cliff...just to the right of the LIBERTY picture. Thanks. Enjoyed your presentation!
First time watching. I would have really valued introductions. Also who are you talking to off camera? Who is Sherry, Carolyn and Dee? Very confusing but I’ve heard many good things about your shop
Loved the whole video. Everyone's finishes and projects look terrific. May I ask what scissors Jean likes to use. You showed them but no name cause you couldn't remember. Thanks. have some birthday money I need to send❤
