Hi Johnny, I was wondering how your schedule is. Do you have a set time to start and finish or do you base it on how many accounts you do on a daily basis? Do you have a cut off time? I'm new to running my landscaping business this year here in Massachusetts and I have a decent amount of clients for myself this season so far. That's a hard question to answer. I do 12 to 14 properties by average 3:30 PM and start at 7:30 AM but my properties are super consolidated with very little driving. Every year I get rid of the lower paying accounts and increase prices, hope this helps
