Me personally, I have worked out with the double chains but I don't do it everyday. Don't want to lose the shine and I'm too lazy to clean it lol. I wear it in the gym if I know I want to post a pic/video for IG. Although I must say when I wear to 2 chains i have some sick workouts lol It motivates the shit out of me.
