I have the base but I’ve been eyeing a spin wheel platform and wasn’t sure which one to get so I’m so glad I waited! Looking forward to this and the info that they are planning other items for this base platform!!!

The hinge system reminds me of Tim Holtz stamping platform, which I have two of and have loved for many years now. I got the Altenew stamp wheel for xmas, but didn't like my first attempts at stamping a wreath. I'm pretty much set for stamping platforms for the time being.
use what ya got for sure!!
I would be putting multiple stamps at once like I do with the Gina K wreath builders. Would work great with the Gina K/Rina K mandala maker sets.

Such a cool tool! I saw another one similar but different from another brand a year or two back, but this seems a bit simplified. Oh! and right in the middle of the video I *think* I see Vinnie and maybe the back of Maymay's head from Maymay Makes it at the table behind the Sizzix table. One year I want to make it to Creativation!!

they are similar but different, it think it all depends on how you like to use your tools, attached and click forward, or un attached and rotate
Makes me wonder how many wreath projects you’d need to make this worthwhile

How did Sizzix get to keep their stamp platform for sale? Stamp and spin is interesting
the stamp and spin is awesome!
The hinge system is the same as the wonderful Stampin’Up Stamparatus that MISTI made them give up.
Hinges far, far superior too
it is different, sizzix was very careful with the patient
1. Draw a pencil circle
2. Keeping the pencil circle in the centre of the stamp; stamp the image
3. Fill in the inside and outside of the original stamped image
4. Save yourself a fortune.
Also, Gina K Designs put out a Wreath stamping stencil to do all this same stuff years ago and doesn't cost a fortune.
that totally works too, it just all depends on what works for you :)

Well at least I know what I can use the first tool for because quite frankly I wasn't using it.
i had it sitting in my craft room too, and was not using it either - need to get that baby out and use it!!!
I've used mine once, I'm sure I'll never use it for their stencils, they are just too $$
Plus you really have to go over it with your Hocky Puck or whatever you use because there is no cush. I just got the Stamp Wheel from Altenew and that is a real game changer, plus I won't have to keep buying "liners" for it.
For a smaller circle, change the location of the stamp

you can adjust to make all kinds of circles. alexis just made a larger one for this demo
Finally a perfect size for scrapbookers though. Everything's always been based around card size. Can't wait
I think the beauty of this is the variety of sizes you can make and then cut smaller panels and make a set of cards! Another fantastic demo is by Stacey at Scrapbooking Made Simple. She did an amazing demo today (3/13/24) on her TH-cam channel. She also launched this product for sale on her website.
