    Makes me start to think that we should put our hands in different positions while practicing isolation.
    Coz while freestyling, ur hands could be *anywhere* when you want to do isolation :)

    When I put my shoulders on top, they will get inside much (near my neck).
    Is this right? Or should I stay my shoulders outside and align with my body side?
    Thanks Dokyun for updating these tutorials, I practice them all the time!

    뒤로 돌릴때 뒤로 안넘어가는데 날개뼈가 안붙어서 그런걸까요..? 뒤로 안넘어가요 ..ㅠㅠ 날개뼈 운동같은거 해야할지.. 모르겠어요 ㅠㅠ

      질문 감사합니다 ! 혹시 뒤로 넘어가지 않는다는게 체스트일까요 아니면 어깨 일까요 !?
      먼저 뒤로 넘어가는거보단 자연스러운 움직임을 초점으로 연습해주시는게 좋으실거에요 !
      체스트가 움직이는 방향에서 움직여지는 어깨를 느껴보시는 쪽으로 움직여주시고 어느정도 오른쪽 왼쪽 방향이 익숙해진 후에 크기나 모양을 생각해주시는게 좋을거 같습니다 !!
