The roll of Gold shiny paper caught my eye right away. You would never have to buy wrapping paper again. Those cute curtains I would have made into a skirt, sewn them together, left some of the pleats in and added suspenders with button holes made out of the same material. Then sewn gold buttons on for the suspenders. There may have even been enough material to make some kind of top. I have my hard cover shorthand book it is yours if you want it, just gathering dust (was not even sure I had it until I looked). I have other vintage ephemera I found when searching for the book, yours also for your neat artist pins I especially liked the eclipse necklaces you did. Looking forward to seeing more of your imagination at work.
I was watching this video and then started cooking supper so i was just listening when i heard you exclaim rat!! What a relief to discover it was the 80s hair band variety and not the four legged hairy kind you may find in a basement! lol That little yellow hat would have been adorable in an Easter display with eggs in it!!

I was hoping that you would have grabbed those barkcloth curtain panels. I was lucky enough to find six panels that are around six feet long at a rummage sale last summer. They have a bold floral print and I only paid $2 per panel! They look fantastic in my living room and dining room. My family had that Halloween record back in the day and I am pretty sure there is a cd version of it also. You found a lot of cool stuff this time, as usual! Some of my favorite things were the curtains, the Peter Rabbit book, the Jack and Jill magazines, and the circus card game. Thanks for sharing!
One sale I was at, I kept finding a box full of really cool things (different rooms, different stuff). It was a hoarder sale, so there were boxes of "stuff" everywhere. Every time I would pick something out of the box, this one lady would exclaim, "that's my box!" She was very nice and we got to joking around about it. "Of course it's your box. You like everything that I do."
