Tip: on the crown of head and the upper neck will do wonders. Water serves as interface between energy of sunlight and magnetic bodies, easying absorbtion . Best to you! ☀🤗

@@elenastravels During an episode in the park forest in Yekaterinburg, you sought contact, Nature responded with light rain, followed by downpour. Then I learned that YOu are One with Nature. Yeah, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and really most of the stans have been on the list for a while now, and i like videos this because I can get a nice preview and discover places i hadn't thought about before. Nice filming as always.

Yes, Elena, you should be justifiably proud to have completed that arduous trek to Ala Kul Lake. At an elevation of 3,800 metres, it is hardly surprising you felt breathless, but then the reward! That breathtaking scenery!
