Hi like the review but i have a few questions 1.)How do these Play on some very low tuned Subwoofers reason i am running a 32hz tuned subwoofer in house when not gigging. 2.)Will these be able to run some 600W to 1000W Rms subs or not at all this is related to gigs. 3.)Power ratings? at 8ohm/4ohm and 2ohm if you have them.
@@DJJDBass how so? im considering on buying this for my subwoofers mind you im a mobile Dj so won't be banging with subs with more then 800watts rms each.
It's not bad it is just that there are better options.... Like an itech... a used itech 4000 will run you about the same as a new one of these and will be better suited for subwoofers.
+DJJDBass but if a run the xti4002 bridged I have 3200 watts, enough to feed one box srx728 that require 3000 minimum, I know it series is good but expensive and has a lot o features that I don't need it. I'm looking if the crown xti 4002 is good enough to push my 4 srx728 I'm planing buy 4 of them
+Alfonso Munoz I would save your money and locate 4 used itech 4000 amplifiers they are made way better! I have Both amplifiers and have tried them both on sub duty and I can tell you the difference is night and day. The Itech crushes the Xti amp in sheer performance. You have to remember there is a big difference between a "pro" amplifier and a professional grade touring amplifier like the itech series. The itech series when knew was like $6000.... And big concert venues would pay that to get the quality.... They are worth it. The nice thing about them is they show how many hours they have been run in the display... So you can find some with low hours of use and you should be golden!
nice ty.
you r a professional.
pls help

Curious as to what the xti's dont have for sub duty? I heard 2 4002's driving 4 Eminence tour pro's. Plenty of low end, and no problems with the amps.
Tom S headroom is what they don’t have.

Is there any real difference in the sound quality though or are you just comparing the build quality and the overall reliability of the two amps?
