@@liberalizmism5431 if u wanna stay out of jail you will stay out of cars period. he jammed up now because he was in a car when you on the run you use public transportation that's a golden rule he'd be free now if he followed that rule
Man, the dude just Casually driving around, aint no way police were actually looking for him for 28 years
Yup exactly it was pure coincidence or just God knowing his time was up.
Good job by THESE deputies. But all the other "police work" surrounding this case is some of the worst I have ever seen.
How Sway?
How?
It's been 28 years and this dude never left the country. He's driving a vehicle. I don't even need to know the specifics to know that this dude should have been found a long time ago.
@@XCHADHIGGINSX Just because someone’s in the country doesn’t mean they can automatically be caught. I don’t know if you know this but there’s this magical thing called a building that you can hide in. Also there’s this thing people do called “not talking to the cops if they see something” maybe you live in a tent out in nature somewhere, but that’s not how the rest of us live
@@lo2990 lol he was a driving a car bro.
He knew his time was up!! You reap what you sow!! It might take time but it'll catch up eventually!! Glad for the suffering family!! 🙏
I believe the friend he was mooching off using their car and license let their insurance and reg expire on purpose in order to get him caught up because they were sick of him bugging and begging for favors.
I'm just happy they caught him! Bravo! It looks like he's still young enough to enjoy a long prison sentence, so he's got that going for him! God Bless the family who can finely have some justice!
Leave the police officer only let them do their job
lol i loved to see how he slowly realized he was screwed
He got 28 more free years then he deserved
If that were me i would be using uber or lyft for rest of my life to avoid traffic stop or needing license
Right
That's what I was thinking. 😂😂😂
The man is now 47 years old after 28 years of a criminal that even happened be for I was born 2006 and that happened in 1994 that is crazy he wanted since he was 18 or 19 years old
I swear if I was wanted like that id chop my finger tips off🤷♂️😳
Why not just leave the Country?
"I'm not a criminal", turns out to be a murderer. Trash. Hope he rots.
Another prime example of how no one gets away with wrong can be years and evades later but time will come ..we all reap what we sow..whether bad or good
If only we can get y'all to grasp that concept when it comes to dealing with bad men and letting him sow his seed and then you along with the rest of the community have to reap what yall have sowed.
Indeed ebony the law will ketchup with criminals no matter what.theres trump today the law has court up with him his time is over
Tryna beg your way out of jail in Georgia is just crazy cause it ain’t happening
He’s was on his way to Wakanda Polytechnic...
judging by his pants, he still thinks it's 1994...
🤣🤣
I remember that!
Lmao
although he is gone forever, this is closure for the family.
There's never really closure. You just learn to deal
He was trying to come up with something he said look I need to get back home. I left the stove on. you can turn it off in about 40 years😂😂😂😂
I beg of y'all..I'm not a criminal and I'm not a thief. I'm a murder that's all.
Yep. 😂😂😂😂That cissy knew his freedom was over. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
KARMA has no expiration date.
Look at God ... may his soul rest 🙏🏼 😢
No statute of limitations for murder, hope he enjoyed his 28 years of freedom, because he will never be free again.
Yet still they would not arrest Emmett Till accuser.🤬😠😡😤
She about to die anyways.. hell got a special place for her
Stfu!!!! How you defending this dude after he shot another black brother in the FACE!? Yall always play the victim but don't ever talk about black on black crime I'm glad they arrested this delusional pookie ray ray!!!!
Always tryna make it about race when some of yall kill ya own race you stupid!!!🤣🤣🤣
And got to live to be 88 years old too. Meanwhile Emmett Till only lived to be 14 before getting killed. 😡😡😡😡
Man was living under there noses for 28 years???!!! WTF!!!
Not a big deal. Millions do it nationwide. Worldwide.
He would be out now if he pleaded and turned himself in back then. Crazy.
Maybe or maybe not. People do get a life sentence for murder.
Why did it take 28 years ?
There's going to need to be separate charges filed for those pants he's wearing.
Lol
Yes, it's k!lled many eyes.
Yes what was that! Lol
Out of all the comments that I’m you really made me laugh. Thanks
Let me start over. Out of all the comments I’ve read you made me laugh.
Go arrest that woman who killed Emmett Till.
She probably not even gonna make it through 2024 lol he’ll got a special place for her
@@PlatinumHustle still go and arrest her.
@@kamarwilliams9462 nah the court system would treat her with love and care smh
She got arrested at the Great White Throne on April 25, 2023 at the age of 88.
The very definition of catch your ass in traffic
That gotta suck. I bet in a trillion years he didn’t expect that to happen.
I gotta say I'm impressed that he stayed off the radar for 28 years, but his luck run out ..he even put on the innocent school boy act a little over played but okay whatever 🙄
Finally. Jaffered tucker didn't deserve that. It's sad that his momma never got to see his killer found, she would've been happy to find out they arrested his killer.
Excellent video!
Not so fast buster. You can run but you can’t hide. Taking a human’s life will always hunt you down.
Outstanding ,after all that time!
He was free so long he forgot he was wanted for murder .............
He didn't forget, that's why he was begging and pleading
@@John01ization😂😂😂😂😂Yep. That Sissy knew his time was coming to an end. 😂😂😂😂😂
But he knows he can’t get back out. It’s so pathetic when they beg the police. Time to pay.
The guy almost make you feel sorry for him, but he was begging to much for a traffic violation, hell I thought he was going to cry. He's crying now lol. Great work officers.
I feel like had he not did that he would have gotten away.
@@queenroyalty7550 He would have gotten caught anyway because he was stupid all those years breaking laws, he has been lucky and it run out .
@@sthpac69 Nah , he clearly was staying out of trouble, aside from the false I.d lol
Suspended registration and license, 2 laws broken.
He made all innocent people look bad. Telling them you not a criminal you not a crook. Yea you are bucko
If he wouldn't went to prison 28 years ago he probably would've been getting out of prison now( 25 years to life sentence) that's why you need to man up and face your actions like a man, now he will spend the rest of his life in prison. It's to bad the mother isn't living to have peace. Great job 👏 police 🚔 officers 👏
Yeah, at best if found guilty he will come home when he's a old senior citizen.
He may have gotten life without parole or the death penalty. A lot of laws were in place that gave minorities long prison sentences. At the time crime was awful in Atlanta, and this crime was brutal. Life is 30 years before you get a parole hearing in Georgia.
Bet he tries the "I've been such a good guy since my tragic mistake" defense. The thing about that is twofold, first *a truly good person would have turned himself in.* Second, it completely ignores the consequences his actions had on people beyond himself. The victim would've probably preferred *not* being murdered in order for this guy to learn his lesson. The victim's family definitely valued Jaffred's life as much more than a disposable teaching aid for Muhammed Bilal El-Amin. I've never met him but _even I value Jaffred as more than that._
Selfish coward now his 13 year old son is without his father and he hopefully will never have his freedom again. Justice for Jeffard tucker and his family. He walked freely for 28 years now time to pay his dues!!!!
@@carrieanncancino5118 yep you are right he's paying now
FACTS.
That’s what I say: if he had any remorse, he would have turned himself in a long time ago.
You may hate getting traffic tickets, but surprisingly a very large number of criminals are ultimately caught through general traffic enforcement.
Yep
Nbs
Still don’t wanna be held up and harassed over things like plate lights and blinkers blinking to fast all so you can see if I’m a criminal. A hood cop doesn’t pull people over and get lucky a hood cop investigates. 28 years and y’all only found him on accident? I will
Not praise the police for this
To finally be able to take a s***that's what it must have felt like for the family. Strange analogy but stranger things have happened like this.
I am so happy prayer's has finally answered for Jaffer's family now they can live at peace at least they'll know why we all want to know why too mind blowing 28 years took his life away 💔 prayers 🙏justice will be served
I'm glad he got caught but... Sharp eyed deputies? Really? The guy had a suspended license.
The moral of this story. If you are going to steal someone else's identity. Do not steal the identity of someone with legal problems.
🤣🤦🏾♂️
Naaahh frfr lmaoooooo
It’s over bruh….
I am glad that justice has been served!
Where did he hide for nearly 30 years?
That's what I want to know.
You can run,but you can't hide, now time to pay
I FEEL SORRY FOR BOTH FAMILIES, THE DEAD MAN HAD A PRAYING MOM, SHE DIED OF A BROKEN ♥️ HEART. 🙏🙏🙏

Sooner or later 🤔
Shame on you.
He pleaded tinker him go because he knew he was caught.
Why drive dirty? Suspended license and registration?

Great job Oconee County. The long arms of the law is always reaching.
